I’ve been working with Evergreen Landscaping of Cincinnati for a few years. They removed old trees and planted new trees, plus some bushes. Two of the trees died the following spring so they replaced them for me. Unfortunately, those died as well, and Evergreen once again stepped up and replaced them for me. The willingness to ensure I was satisfied with the job and the outcome was exceptional customer service, even going to the lengths to ensure the last round of trees would be better for the conditions, soil etc. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team at Evergreen for any of your landscaping needs.

Under our deck, he replaced the old ground cover with elegant riverstone, which not only looks fantastic but also helps with drainage and maintenance. The firepit he built is stunning—well-crafted and thoughtfully placed, it’s now a favorite spot for evening gatherings. Evergreen Landscaping of Cincinnati beautifully landscaped and redesigned the look of my back yard. The owner Ryan (Sensitive Information Hidden) remained responsive and onsite throughout the project. I was kept informed every step of the way. Ever crew member was kind, professional, and courteous. The work was so professionally done, I have contracted them to redesign my front yard as well. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Evergreen was FANTASTIC to work with. The lawn on my new home was in poor condition, even after a a year of living there. I could not get grass to grow on the hard/compacted clay soil from the original homebuilder contractor job. I attempted to have the lawn fixed by (3) other companies. The first did the job with no results, and the other two after hired never even showed up to do the work. I happened to see Ryan in his truck in my neighborhood and flagged him down. Even though he was clearly in the middle of his work day, he was professional, polite, and cordial. He walked the lawn with me, gave his input, and then his contact information. I spoke with him several days later to hire Evergreen for the job. He gave me a date to complete the job, and then called me ahead of time before the job to confirm and got the job completed ahead of time. The end result of the work was great. I would absolutely hire Evergreen for future lawn service.
