Flash-N-Reds did a fantastic job making my dreams come true with a patio that makes my back yard a true getaway from the hustle and bustle. Ron was patient with me from start to finish - helping come up with a design for the patio and taking time to explain his process. A lot of contractors didn’t want to explain their process to a woman. Melissa kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Ron and Melissa

Overall their company did a good job on the project they completed for me at my home. However, they were very unrealistic concerning the timeline in which the work would be completed. They came out and bid my job in June and then told me I had to send in 50% of the estimate in order to get on their schedule. After they received the 50% down payment they assured me my work would be complete by mid to late July. Then at the end of July with the work still not completed I was told it would definitely be done by mid August. At the end of August I was told they would get on it right after Labor Day. Then at the end of Sept I was told mid October. The work was finally completed towards the middle of November. I understand there are delays in the construction business but I do not understand a delay of 4 months. They did do a nice job on the project but I probably would not use them again. Instead I would try to find someone who could give me a more accurate timeline.

It's a privilege to be at every clients home so we take the upmost care and respect for them to see everything through properly, and in their satisfaction. There are times in scheduling when this is uncontrollable such as the weather, or if we are working at a home that has water issues. We truly do give our very best at each job and with every client, and we appreciate them all.

We were very very happy with the work that they did for us. We had specific idea's of what we wanted and they were very accommodating. The quality of work they did was great!!! We could tell the quality of work was also important to them as well. We will certainly use them in the future for any other landscape needs we have...we also will highly recommend them to our family and friends for their landscape needs!!!

This company is so wonderful.!! Very creative in design, professional work ethic, extremely high integrity, and very respective of your property. I have hired them 4 different times and each time seems to be better than the one before. My neighbors have watched and have also hired them. I am going to hire them again!! No one else comes close to this company.

Exceptional contractor. They arrive with the equipment they need & then just work. The finished product is beautiful. The raised patio was completed as described with no clutter left behind. There’s no reason to go to another contractor.
