They did most of the work agreed upon but never treated the ivy.
I typically begin payment once the work is done but they wanted full payment before it was completed.
They agreed to reduce the final amount due since they never touched the ivy. After a few months they claim they never made any agreement and want the complete balance and have no intention of completing the work.
Additionally, they did not make appointments to do the work, they simply call you when they are in the area. This is a difficult process if you work at all away from the home.
I do not recommend them.
