FRSR

We hired FRSR to install our Back Patio, With a Firepit and Pergola. We first meet with Matt the Designer and could not be more impressed with his detail and the way he walked us through everything. Once we signed a contract we dealt with the Scheduler as well as the Manager Eric, they kept us very informed and up to date as far as changes. The were a few weeks behind and we understood that in the construction world, the great part is they kept us in the loop. Right before the project we meet with Adam our PM and went through the project, he could not have been nicer and helped us out. Adam was there the day the crew started and lead by Roberto. Roberto and his crew were great and very professional, most important they kept my wife in the loop and cleaned up every night, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone, very great work.

Although we were initially pleased with the work that was performed on our patio, there was many spots on the stamped concrete that the sealer was put on very thin where the color was totally different and about 5 spots that had no sealer whatsoever. After trying to contact the foreman on the job to no avail, I contacted the office itself to voice my frustrations. I was emailed that they could come reseal the patio at their cost of $275. I declined their offer and wanted them to make it right as it should be. They informed me that they would only fix the spots that had no sealant on it. Calling the following week to schedule and never received a call back. That was over two weeks ago. We are very disappointed and at this time cannot recommend FRSR for you landscaping needs.

We invested $11,000.00 with them late last year for a patio extension with stamped concrete. We originally thought a wood deck was the way to go but when the salesperson showed us photos of stamped concrete patios we decided to go with stamped concrete. Well our finished patio does not resemble any of the photos on their web site; our patio has many imperfections on the stamped concrete surface. We contacted the owner (Eric F.) by email and phone on numerous occasions to request he visit our home and investigate our concerns, but he has ignored our request for an onsite meeting to review the project. Very, very disappointed with FRSR On August 7, 2016 I tried again to schedule an onsite visit with FRSR to review our concerns and Matt the salesperson responded with a request for me to remove my one star review before FRSR would consider a meeting with us. Where is the customer service I have been requesting since February? Disappointed with FRSR’s customer service commitment

We engaged FRSR to excavate 30 yards of dirt and build a retaining wall in our backyard. FRSR provided great work at a great price. They started and completed the project on schedule, and the crew was respectful of our property and our time. FRSR was very good at clearly communicating with us on about the project, even letting us know when they were unable to work because of the weather. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

FRSR just complete a new stamped concrete patio and repaving of a drive and walkway at my house. Matt was the sales contact and did a good job of communicating with me about the cost of the job and timeline. After deciding to hire this company, we did a few change orders to our original plan that were added to our contract. I was then told that I would work with Adam who was the project manager and he would be in contact with me. My only negative thing to write about my experience is that when Adam showed up to drop off color samples, he had no idea that we had added on more work besides just the patio, so I had to go over that a second time specifically with him. No big deal, but for me the customer I believe their communication could have been better. All in all, we are very happy with the work FRSR completed for us. They were very respectful during the 4 days at our house, and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Their crew also did a great job of leaving the job in clean and presentable shape when they were done.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Communication is almost non-existent, promises made and not kept. They did a stamped concrete project which included a new pour and a overlay of an existing pad, the overlay cracked around the entire pad then began to delaminate, the new pour concrete also cracked in several areas but primarily near the overlay. Cant' begin to tell you my struggles with trying to get a repair done, suffice it to say they took my money and did not honor the warranty even after a employee of theirs finally came out and agreed the patio needed to be replaced, a simple repair was not possible. Avoid at all costs!!!

It was a pleasure working with FRSR landscaping company. Matt listened to what we wanted for our backyard and drew up an outstanding design plan that met our desires and also met our budget. Once the project started, Adam walked us through the process and gave us an estimated completion date predicated on the weather. They were on time every day and the job site was always left immaculate. Eddie made sure we knew what was coming next and that it was according to our plans. He was very knowledgeable and an expert on colored, stamped concrete work. He also included us in the placement of our shrubs and trees. Adam and Eric were on the job site every day supervising and making sure all the materials were there. We are happy to give a 5 star rating for Eric's FRSR landscaping company. FRSR helped us design a backyard landscape that included a stamped concrete patio with a wall seat, a stamped concrete walkway from our porch steps to the patio, and river rock and mulch zero-scape with spartan juniper trees, reed grass, burning bushes and boulders. On the side of the house they built a breezeway from the front yard that connects to the patio. The workers were phenomenal! They arrived on time each day and left just before sundown working around the clock. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations as the yard area is small (by choice) but the end product made it look larger than it is. We are very pleased with our new backyard. We highly recommend FRSR.

I hired FRSR to put in cement patio in my backyard. The salesman was very professional, the workers were friendly and did a great job with the patio and did a great job of paying attention to detail. I appreciate everything FRSR did for me and will definitely use them for any work that we need in the future.

FRSR made my backyard into a dream! Their attention to detail and making sure everything was just how we had envisioned it was incredible. Even with weather delays (thanks crazy Colorado weather!) they kept me updated on progress everyday and made sure I was completely satisified with the finished result. Definitely went above and beyond. Can't recommend them enough!
