“I've worked with many different home contractors over the years and Richard Lusk is one the very best! My project was to redo the front of my house with all new landscaping, irrigation, turf, natural stone walkway, driveway, custom designed fence with matching rails on the balcony of the second story, plus exterior lighting. Richard worked up drawings based on our feedback, suggested edits, and guided us through the design process. After we locked on a final design, he submitted our plans to our HOA and the City of Newport Beach and received approval. After one month, the project was 99% complete and it looked fantastic! The final open item was to paint the new fence. We asked Richard to hold off until we finalized the exterior color of the house, which also needed updating. The house painter was backed up for 2.5 months so Richard moved on to other projects as we waited. Three months later, Richard had been paid in full and was working other jobs, his team came back, painted the fence, replaced a few plants that were in distress, and adjusted the irrigation.
