“My wife and I have nothing but high praise for Personal Touch Landscape, which is a family run business. They did a fantastic job with our challenging front exterior at a very reasonable price. They are a company that cares and the end result definitely reflects it. The service they provided was to design a completely new front exterior landscape and then implement the design, which included a new sprinkler system and exterior lighting. After consulting with us and hashing around the numerous great ideas they had with us, Bob and Sandy created a beautifully designed new landscape that seamlessly incorporated some existing trees and hedges which helped keep costs down. Their choices in plants and ground cover were excellent. All plants they provided are thriving, nearly a year later. Bob, Sandy, Lukas (their son), and Cliff, their job foreman, are very personable and easy to work with. Communications were excellent throughout the project, as they kept us abreast of their schedule and also any issues that arose. They also readily accommodated minor changes to the design as the project progressed, some suggested by us, others by them. After the project was complete, they were extremely responsive when the exterior lighting had a problem that turned out to be defective light bulbs. It took a number of visits by them to determine the exact cause of the problem, but they persisted until the problem was found and corrected at no cost to us. My wife and I are very grateful that Personal Touch provided our landscaping, which we love and feel fortunate to experience every day. We highly recommend them.”
