they work quick and still delivery great quality. I would use them again. my front yard and 1/2 my backyard look great.

Working with Patty and her team was exceptional! We needed a refresh of our back yard, not a total re-do, and many others kept trying to upsell us on different "add-ons". Patty listened intently, came up with wonderful ideas, and communicated throughout the entire project. Her team was very professional. The site was kept clean at all times and they even took care to make sure the gate was always closed so the dogs would not get out. I have found Patty to be very up front, kind, and incredibly creative. I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

Unpleasant & unprofessional experience over a 4-month, $100K+ job. The *crew* (the guys actually doing the work) did a decent job overall, which is the only reason I’m rating 3 stars, but the rest of our time working with Patty and Andie was nothing but stress and I would strongly suggest that you hire someone else. They rolled out the red carpet to charm us and get us under contract, and then were treated as last priority. We did everything we could think of to improve communication with them, but they just didn't seem to care about anything other than getting the job done as quickly and cheaply as possible so that they could get paid. Patty and Andie flat-out lied to us many times over the course of our project. The first and biggest lie from Patty was that she would be on the job site every day to make sure things were going along well and make sure our questions were answered. She’s repeated this lie in social media videos. After we got under contract, she immediately went on a month-long vacation w/out telling us, leaving us confused as the crew started demolition on our property. When she got back, she showed up at best twice a month to film instagram selfies. Andie said she would be at the site every other day, which was laughable. It’s not clear to me what was keeping them so busy, but clearly we were not a priority. They mis-measured constantly. Ordered too many materials and charged us for their mistake. Then they ordered too little material for our deck which caused weeks of delays. They constantly would put things into the ground in the wrong location and I'd have to go ask them to move it. They threw away an entire cord of firewood that I had planned to burn, and it was like pulling teeth just getting them to just apologize for it. We went out of our way to be understanding and easy to work with, and that respect was never returned. The crew left trash everywhere on our property throughout the project. They damaged our stucco and never repaired it (even after I called them out on it). And when the project was complete, not only was there trash all over our property, but Patty just texted us with “… we are done with your project. Let me know if you have any questions.” That was followed by a text asking for the last payment. Not a single “thank you”. Not a single “nice working with you”. Not a single “are you happy with everything?” Landscaping can be very expensive and stressful. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money with someone that will treat you and your project with the respect that it deserves.

Patty and her team did an outstanding job on our landscaping project at our Carlsbad home. Andie was very knowledgeable and helped us create an amazing plant palette, and the landscaping crew was very hardworking and professional. We couldn’t be happier with their work. A few years ago, we used a bigger company from San Diego that charged us more for very mediocre work. We’ll never use that other company again now that we’ve discovered IEED.

If you are looking for a creative and efficient group to help you with your landscaping project IEED is the one! Patty met with us and came up with thoughtful and realistic ideas for our yard. We are extremely pleased not only with Patty but her entire crew. We are excited to now enjoy our updated outdoor space.

Absolutely amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things about Patty and her team. We knew we wanted to replace our deck and add an outdoor kitchen and hot tub, but we weren't exactly sure how everything was going to fit and flow. After our consultation with Patty, her team provided us with renderings that brought the whole design to life. Each step of the way, she consulted with us if issues came up or minor changes needed to be made, but communication was great. Patty also provided great help in picking out the dining table, chandeliers, pillows, etc so that everything came together beautifully. We highly recommend their services if you want to transform your backyard space!

We hired Interior and Exterior Environmental Designs to completely overhaul our front yard. Patty was wonderful to work with and her design and plant choices are incredible. I have worked with Patty Jones for the last two years. I initially met Patty when I was planning a landscaping project. Since then, she has ably assisted me with other landscaping projects, provides excellent weekly lawn service, and periodic tree trimming. Most recently, Patty has helped me get the exterior of my house completely repainted. Patty's work crews are inevitably polite and considerate.

When calling them to arrange getting a garden they were extremely helpful. I am a very busy person and they were able to come over to give me an estimate and look at the property without me being there. Patty sent me pictures to help figure out what I wanted planted. They were able to come within 3 days of me calling to do the job. The company even picked weeds in other areas free of charge

I hired and her team to update the exterior of our house some construction on my home. Including landscaping and new containers for the plants. I was extremely pleased with the completed work. Patty delivered exactly what she said her team would do. It was completed on time and her time were professional and left the job site spotless at the end of everyday of work.
