I would like to say that I am very disappointed with JNR on the way they did my patio cover. The salesman came out and I specifically told him on where I would like my footings for my post to be at. I wanted them to be at the same area where the old patio anchors were at. They said that the next step would be that they would send a second salesman to remeasure. When it came time for installation I noticed that the anchors were a foot shorter from where I asked for them to be and where the old anchors were at they patched them up with some epoxy that looks like an eyesore. I called the office and they said that there was nothing they could do for me since I signed for the measurements that they made. I tried to explain that it was the salesman that made the measurements and not me. I did not realize that I had to go behind them and remeasure since I thought that was what I was paying them for. All I did was point out where I wanted the post to be at and they could not even get that right. Now I have cover that looks all out of proportion due to them moving the post closer to the original place I wanted which shortened the overhang. They also cut into my roofline when I specifically asked the salesman if they would have to do that and he said no. Guess what, they did cut into my roofline which made the cover sit higher due to the short width that they shortened on me. I was planning on calling them back for other projects that I had planned on but now after this one I will have to call someone else. My daughter was planning on them doing her patio cover but I did warn her to look at other companies. Companies that will stand behind their mistakes and not pass onto the consumer.

JNR Home Improvements did a great job on my drought tolerate landscaping - the crew was fast efficient and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

JNR is the best contractor we ever had! The whole crew was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different aspects of their part of the job (ie. pouring cement, laying artificial sod and placing the plants and rocks where we wanted them. Any changes we wanted done and helped with design of our front yard. Everyone worked great together. The whole project took only four days and came in on budget. We definitely would recommend JNR HOME IMPROVEMENT!!!!!!! Our yard is the best yard in East Palmdale!! Valarie and Adrianne Fisk

Patio Sunroom -Very disappointed in the final product -One window was installed lower than the others. Poor workmanship, and very difficult to reach and communicate with regarding project. Very disappointed, and would never recommend to anyone.

Came to replace sod lawn with Easy Turf artificial lawn to alleviate watering of our front lawn and to stop windblown water marks on our front windows. Professionals showed up first day to remove sod, cap sprinklers, and setup bubblers for remaining trees in law area. Perfect compaction of decomposed granite under new Easy Turf product was ready for application on day two. JNR people spent hours on day two setting, cutting and then stitching lawn edges to the D-Granite along the driveway, trees, and around the fire hydrant and water meter access at ground level. We are very pleased with the results and are having the rest of the front lawn area completed in the spring of 2015 by JNR. The jobsite was kept immaculate at all times and after completion, it looked like they never were there! We have had several neighbors and friends comment on how much it looks and feels like real turf, and after a heavy rain storm, it was completely unnoticeable.

Every member of JNR's team that added on our sunroom was without exception considerate and competent. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and already spend a great deal of our time using it. They worked carefully and thoroughly, but finished the whole addition in way less time than I expected. We had some rain recently, but no sign of any problem in our sunroom!

We had been waiting for almost 8 years to do something to out backyard. We really wanted a patio and cover. We did some research and came across JNR. They came out for a consultation and showed us pictures of what they could do. We fell in love with the work we saw! Everyone that worked on our backyard was nothing but friendly and professional! My husband and I highly recommend JNR for all of you landscaping and patio/cement work!!!!

Very Impressed!!! I am thankful we chose Jeromie and JNR Home Improvements for our new patio. We had been going back and forth if we were going to invest the money and pull the trigger to get the patio installed. The minute Jeromie came over to give us an estimate, we trusted him. He believed in his company and believed in his product which was obvious in his presentation. He came prepared with pictures of previous jobs, copies of his insurance, and letters of recommendation. He took measurements and very quickly gave us a very reasonable bid and was able to show us different options that were available. Jeromie was not a high pressured sales person which I appreciate. Once the decision was made, he was able to order the materials and schedule an install based on our schedules. The whole job took 2 days. His employees were hard working and pleasant. They even cleaned up each day, which is rare for contractors. We are very pleased with the way the patio turned out and wished we had done it sooner. I highly recommend Jeromie and JNR for all your patio and home improvement needs!!!

This company deserves more than five star, and we were looking for six star, but didn't find any. Jeromie and his team did a great job on our patio. The permitting and the construction went excellently well. They even made a follow-up visit to our house to make sure everything was okay. Services provided: installed pergola roof over backyard patio; french doors in family room and master bedroom; faux stone veneer and mantel over fireplace; built-in bookcase in hallway; painted interior and installed new trim, baseboards & door handles for 1,812 sf 3BR 2BA house; plumbing and installation of new jetted tub, tiles & fixtures in master bath; installed new windows and plantation shutters throughout house; installed accent lighting throughout house and wall TV mount and hidden outlets; installed outdoor walkway lighting and accent lights in front and back yards; built and installed cedar spa steps. Very polite, friendly, professional, honest and responsible. Made great suggestions to save me money and help me to decide what I should do; extremely knowledgeable. Responded right away to my multiple texts, emails and phone calls; also made himself available after hours for emergencies. Estimates were accurate and reasonable; several times he came in under estimate. Dependable with scheduling; showed up on time and finished quickly. Very high quality work, materials and crew. Always cleaned up when leaving for the day. Felt I could trust them to be in my house when I wasn’t home. Careful with pets and household furnishings.

I highly recommend this company, they were professional. All of my questions were answered and the contractor provided excellent suggestions for keeping the cost at a minimum. The work was done very fast and they left my yard clean upon completion. I love my pergola and I plan to have my patio cover installed by them as well.
