Keenan and Sveiven have designed and built 2 large projects for me. The first was in the early 90's and the second was within the last 5 years. The whole process from the design concept to the actual build went so smoothly. Kevin Keenan is an extremely talented landscape architect and I would recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking for the best possible job to be done.

My family and I have used Keenan & Sveiven several times over the past 25 years. Kevin Keenan, in my opinion is the premier landscape architect in the twin cities area. The quality of their work is exceptional. Their employees are professional, very neat and they pay attention to detail. I would (and have) highly recommend them to the discriminating home owner.

I interviewed several firms and selected Keenan & Sveiven based on their expertise, vision, and proposed plan. They clearly exceeded our expectations and did an exceptional job! We asked for a deck, patio and landscape design to improve the function and esthetics of the backyard to remain consistent with the period and design of the house. Archectural features added included a two sided stone gas fireplace, an “eyebrow” to the siding of the house, and a pergola. They were very collaborative in the process with the end result being award winning beautiful (Minnesota Landscape and Nursery Award). The crew was super pleasant and friendly, attentive to details.

I found Bob Wallace and his team to be a joy to work with. Their creativity and expertise was demonstrated on multiple occasions when we ran into issues and they always intelligently sought out reasonable options to resolve the issues. They were always professional, and pushed their crew to complete our project on time. We are incredibly pleased with the finished result and cannot recommend them highly enough.
