“Working with Jeff brought my outdoor space to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined. Jeff brought inquiry, expertise, imagination, and patience to his design work and together we discovered the most important aspects of how I wanted my outdoor space to look, feel, and function. These same traits carried over as he spent 6 weeks on my space, doing everything from sculpting raised beds and procuring and laying large boulders, to building a fire pit, to helping me choose plants and then planting them. Jeff is a professional in every sense of the word but it’s his kind heart that made him a person I looked forward to seeing every day during our project.”

John and his team came up with a design and a maintenance plan right away and gave me a quote that was comparable to the other. I selected Native Son because they were able to do everything without my intervention - they even selected the best plants for my yard and arranged for an irrigation system. “Doug and his team did an excellent job with my yard. We are getting a bunch of compliments and questions about who did the landscaping. From the start Doug was honest, detailed, and knowledgeable. He worked with my budget and listened to what it was I wanted to do. He made expert suggestions to make sure everything looked professional and would last for years to come. The plants he picked out are perfect and placed with care where they will flourish best. I can’t say enough good things about the team that put everything together. They were responsive, hard working, detail oriented, and consistently checked with me to make sure everything was how I had envisioned it. They made sure the worksite was cleaned up afterward and did a full walkthrough with me. They truly went above and beyond. The job was schedule to take place just before hurricane Idalia. Instead of just knocking it out and hoping for the best, Doug made the call to hold off until after, which tells me he really cares about the quality of work and the customer. Medscapes has my gratitude and I recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality company for their landscaping needs. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and expert care are just a few terms to describe my experience with Doug and his team. Thank you!”
