Len no call no show again. Len, the business owner has showed up for an hour to two when he did work. Excuses beyond belief. He appears to be a one man show that has so far not honored his agreement with us to finish this small pond. He said he was excited to do the job last year, and here we are $4300 later and Len no where to be found. He doesn't answer calls or texts. Wow! Dr.Smith

Landscape Solutions Unlimited is very hard working and honest. The talent is unparalleled in my opinion. Ken is very genuine and brilliant!

Highly recommend. We hired them to install our patio and grilling area. Len is outstanding! More is already scheduled for our Florida home.

We hired landscape solutions unlimited in to totally redesign and transform our new property into an absolute oasis. We love it so much that we have cancelled our planned vacation time this year to just enjoy our home. We experienced nothing short of excellent service from Len and his company. We highly recommend this company.In fact we have friends who also chose to hire Len. We encourage everyone to use Landscape solutions unlimited.

Based on the Houzz reviews, We hired Landscape Solutions to install beds, sprinklers, grass and lighting at our newly built home. The experience could not have been any worse. Everything that was planted died. The yard was graded poorly. Mulch faded before the season even ended. What should have been completed in the fall was requested to come back and do in the spring. Len is seemingly a 1 man crew that shows up sporadically. Had to fire Len just a third of the way into the job when he started deleting jobs and asking for another payment. Almost $10,000 lost and needed a brand new landscaper to come in and pull out everything that Len started. Recommend avoiding this contractor since the company seems to be financially unstable.

We had a steep embankment on the river that needed erosion control among other things . His design options and hard work ethic enabled us to achieve our goals effectively .

I wouldn't recommend this company and person to anyone. Took $30,000 from me and never finished the job. Len never called & showed back up just left the project unfinished. This was the worse experience I've ever had with a landscaper/contractor in my entire life. He by far is the worse person I've ever had work on my home. In the beginning he convinced my husband and I he was the person for the job, and he was very convincing. As time went on, he would claim to have been sick and having surgeries, but he never hesitated to say he needed money to work on the project. He went on trips during the project and I'm quite sure some of the money was used for that. He didn't use equipment his 1 worker always had shovels & pitch forks to grade the yard which was why everything was so uneven In addition, he never brought dirt in he would use a U-Haul trailer to bring dirt in and try to use a shovel to put dirt on the yard for grading. Never even put enough soil or seed and for months the grass never grew, and we wonder why but after getting a real landscaper we found out he didn't use enough soil or seed for the grass to grow. I have a very large yard, so it was very embarrassing what this guy did to us. This guy was a nightmare to say the least. There was a concrete pad on the side of the house/walkway he took that out and never started the walkway just left the project with a bunch of gravel rocks. In the back yard there is a deck he removed the steps and was supposed to put down pavers and never did just left our home with no steps that lead down from the deck. So, to get down from the deck we practically had to jump down. Didn't too often because it was such a drop. He had his guys remove them to make it look like they were working but never completed. On the other side of my home, he dug 3-big holes stating he was going to plant trees, of course never did and just left my yard looking ridiculous. The so-called plants he put in the yard died so fast it was insane and never came back to life. The final straw was we needed a retaining wall put up. I'm sure most contractors know you have to pour concrete at the bottom, so the wall doesn't fall over. Well Len and his crew never poured concrete and the reason I know is because when we found wonderful landscaper who saved us from this disaster, he showed us there was no concrete and the uncompleted wall that Len attempted to put up would have come crumbling down. He never finished the wall to begin with. He put up two layers and never came back to finish the job. I asked Len's worker one day how the wall would stay up and he said with gravity..smh I have never done a review on a company or person in negative way, but I emailed Len first to ask for some of my money back not all just some of it because he never completed the project, but he never answered or called me back. If you have a major project at your home and Len says he can do it, I will run away as fast as you can

Quite often, one is motivated to write a review when things don't go well with one's contractor. However, in my case, my motivation stems from having had an oustanding experience with Mr. Boyce and his company. In a matter of two days, his assistant and he transformed a dull looking hodgepodge of plants and bushes in the front and sides of my home into a well-balanced, attractive and eye catching landscape that had my neighbors congratulating me. Len recycled adult bushes by transplanting them to other exterior sites of the home so as to provide space for new perenials and rock features. His experience, diligence and attention to detail was evident throughout the project; probably most manifested by the quality of the plant specimens he acquired and the high quality mulch he laid down at the end of the project. He made a house call a week later, surveyed the sites around the house and promised to replace two plants that didn't make it. I call that professionalism at its best.

Len is a very knowledgable professional. Designed and repaired a mess created by another contractor we hired. He was very flexible as we kept adding and changing things as we went along. Created a look to our new built home that we really enjoy. We intend to have them back in the spring to add a pond, deck and outdoor kitchen. Sharon and I rate Landscape Solutions a 12 on a scale of 1-10! Our neighbor hired them to put in their yard because of the outstanding quality of work and the way it turned out!

Len did a spring clean up for me. It was very professional - including weeding, fertilizing, trimming, hauling away debris, and putting down fresh mulch. I've had Len back a few times to cut my lawn and also to cut back some ivy that was starting to take over around some lower windows.

Spring clean up and created a beautifully landscaped garden area just outside my back window. I got a lot of positive comments about this area from friends and family. It was a pleasure looking out my back window. Looking forward to the Asian Garden I plan on having installed.

The job was done in one day, Len was very easy to communicate and coordinate with and our house looks beautiful! We've used Landscape Solutions Unlimited two years in a row and don't plan on going anywhere.
