If I could give 0 stars, I would. After the initial clean up of my yard, they failed to continue to pull weeds and trim shrubs as agreed. After only 2 maintenance cuts, I had to call and complain for someone to come back and fix it. The owner made excuses about the amount of rain and that his employees didn't know the difference between weeds and plants. On the 4th cut they left sticks and shrubbery clippings all over the place. I complained again, and they did not come back to clean that up as promised. Finally, my yard was only cut once in September, and the owner insisted it was cut twice. When I told him I wasn't paying for 2 cuts, he threatened to place a vendor's lien on my property! HORRIBLE WORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WORK ETHIC !!!!!
