Living Water Lawn and Garden

We are VERY pleased with this backyard landscaping project from start to finish. Beginning with Michelle Duncan who took charge of the design and management of the project. Her design expertise and “take charge” approach was great for us because design was really where we needed help. Michelle was great to work with and came up with a great design. The team on site executed the installation extremely well, including a change to our pathway pavers at their suggestion which moved a step to a better location, great eye and initiative by the installation team. Darren took charge of completing the project, he walked us thru everything and was also great to work with, we could not be happier with how it looks and functions. Thank you Living Water for our beautiful new backyard!!!!

Truly a great experience from start to finish with Living Water Lawn & Garden. Cameron went above and beyond to make sure that all our requirements are met and to answer all of our questions. Very efficient. He promptly responds to emails, texts and phone calls which is greatly appreciated. Rebecca, Julia, Armando, Gavino and the rest of the team were very professional. The team knows what they are doing and are easy to work with. The project was completed before the deadline and quality of work was excellent. They also cleaned up every day before leaving the house. We just had our entire yard upgraded by Living Water Las Vegas and from day 1 we were impressed with their professionalism. Mark and Christine McLoone, the owners, are the plant experts and worked closely with me to develop a picture of the desert landscape that I had in mind. We shared pictures online until we were able to nail down every plant that would flourish in our front yard. Keith Howard is the Ops Manager who we worked with a few years back to repair and seal our paver stones. We liked and trusted him enough that we went on vacation for a month when they completed the project. What a fantastic surprise when we returned! Our pavers looked brand new! Keith was always available to answer our questions or concerns throughout the project and his wife, Rebecca kept us up to date on any timeline changes, etc. Hugo was the onsite manager who supervised their highly skilled workers. Every person who works for Living Water was friendly, courteous, and exhibited exemplary customer service. My husband and I can highly recommend Living Water Las Vegas!

Living Water did a fantastic job installing a new driveway and walkway in four days. Keith wasn’t kidding when he said his team didn’t fool around. You could see that Jose and his crew really knew what they were doing. Great job.

Great company. Absolutely perfect and impressive! My yard was designed by myself and the owner of the company. I was highly impressed by that were able to do everything I wanted and were given a true timeline and chose all the materials. I was in disbelief of the amazing transformation and high quality work. It is fun to watch my friends come by and their jaws drop and we are loving our additional living space outside. I truly could not be more pleased with the attention to detail we received from the staff and the owner. I will be recommending LIVING WATER to everyone who is willing to invest in a high quality perfect yard! From my first phone call to project completion, everything was handled in a meticulously professional manner. I worked with Keith Howard and his team in the Spring of 2017. We wanted to finish a vacant side yard, enclose our pool equipment and construct a play set in the new area for our young children. The process was professional and first class every step of the way. From my first meeting with Keith, I gave him an idea of what I wanted to do. He listened, made suggestions and ultimately came back with a plan that included everything I wanted, plus some additional ideas that would really take the look of the area to the next level. At first, I wasn't sure if we would be able to afford the additional suggestions, but I am so glad we did. They ended up installing a beautiful paver area, connecting the side yard to our main yard. The enclosure wall for the pool equipment was stuccoed and painted to match our home and they even included a gate that matched other gates on our property. Keith's team went the extra mile to move and repurpose some large pavers that were taking up space in that side yard, creating a beautiful path to the gardens on the other side of our home. They replaced some dying plants we had in other areas of the yard and even updated our irrigation and lighting system. Probably the biggest feat was constructing the massive play set that I had purchased for the yard ... not fully realizing how much of a task it was going to be. This isn't a service they normally do, but they were up for the challenge. When the construction became a bit of a beast, they called in extra people and worked extra hours to get it done for the kids ... and the kids absolutely LOVE it. In addition to all of this, Rebecca was efficient and timely with all of the invoicing and was quick to answer any questions that I had. Many thanks to Christian (the amazing foreman) and all of the wonderful guys that brought this project to life - great, GREAT work! Living Water was on time, on budget and had wonderful, creative ideas that truly complement our home. I have no complaints and would recommend them highly.

Living Water designed my front AND back yard. Mark created a design that worked to combine harmony of the front and the back yard. Did the back yard about 6 years ago. May I say that everyone LOVES the new front yard!!! Had a poor layout and design for over 20 years. What an improvement! I had a fountain sitting derelict in the back; he incorporated into front yard design. It all pops!! Neighbors all offered numerous accolades! Even butterflies and hummingbirds have stopped by to visit the new plants! Crew was great; they all work so hard! It's not easy to labor in the summer heat! Shout outs to Christian, Pasquale, and Bradley. They were all troopers. Thanks to Kim, Craig and a couple other cameo appearances over the week. Love, love, love the new look!
