Lombardo Landscaping was phenomenal! Matt took all of our ideas, made suggestions and incorporated them to create a beautiful outdoor living space for our family. They were able to submit all plans for permits and work with all COVID delays. David was amazing. He did most of the work himself, bringing in help or sub-contractors when needed. He responded to my requests immediately. Any issues, changes and problems (though few) were addressed and dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Lombardo to design and install new landscaping for our home remodel. The design and installation were exceptional with the exception that a few unplanned extras were required during the installation. However, the follow up and guarantee is less than satisfactory. A number of plants died. Although Lombardo told us that some of the plantings were planted in an area which was to wet and needed a drain tile. We felt that was their responsibility as they selected the plant materials.. They replaced the plants (without the tiling) but they have now died again. The guarantee has expired but the reason the plants died remains unchanged. I have brought this to their attention but they hang their hat on the fact that the guarantee has expired without addressing the fact that the wrong plants were placed in the area. I am very disappointed that they have not stood behind their products.

She listened to us carefully and in a few weeks returned with several, drawings which were magnificent. Next was Marlin Lott’s crew. Lombardo Landscaping completely transformed our property by designing a stunning plant and palm filled garden of innovative beauty. They installed a paver driveway and walkways that compliments the new landscaping while updating and expanding the hard surface areas of our property. When I contacted Lombardo Lanscaping for some advice about my landscaping, Matt came to my house the next day and we discussed several options. He was very professional and respectful, not pushy at all. He gave me the estimates in phases, if I prefered to do the project in that way since I have a very large yard. His landcape designer was very helpful and pleasant to work with. In one section I could not make up my mind about what to do. She sent me several ideas and was very patient with me until we found the exact look. This project all took place via internet since I had to return to Ohio so was not even there when they did the work. It turned out beautiful and I have had many compliments from my neighbors and friends. Lombardo Landscaping even made suggestions concerning my irrigation system and took care of everything. They were wonderful people to work with and I would refer them to anyone.

We received our initial estimate from Matt, who was wonderful to work with. We were putting pavers and coping over our existing painted concrete pool lanai. The work was started on time and the materials delivered promptly. When the workers were there they worked very well together and appeared to be doing an amazing installation job. There was a period of time when there was no work done by the crew. During this time, the coping had been laid around the pool, but the other stone had not been installed. When they returned to work again, they were efficient as before, and meticulous with regard to the grading of the sand away from the pool and the house to the new drain tile installed. This was a major improvement. Our only dissappointment was that less than a year after installation, white lines began appearing on our blue pool tile, each line beneath an area of mortar between the coping. It appeared that the mortar was leaching its color on the tile, We did call the company and they were good about coming out to see the issue, and they really did try to amend the issue, however it still exists. I'm hopeful that after a few more storms and the sun bleaching the issue will resolve. Our lanai otherwise looks so much more beautiful, the water runs nicely from the pool or the house into the drains, and we get many complements.

Owning my own business gives me a good perspective when I deal with a professional firm who understand what it takes to deliver a quality product and service and Lobardo did just that... I'm very happy with the final results of the project and I'm very happy with maintenance program and how they make it easy to do business with them. Very organized. Victor D.
