We had our walkway done. Shortly after completion the grout between the walk and driveway fell out. I contacted Danny and was told that this always, always happens and that all it needs is grout. I waited and waited for that grout but it never came. Additionally, I’ve seen other installations in my neighborhood and they haven’t had the same issue. All of this begs the question, if you know in advance that this is going to be an issue, if you call yourself professional, then why aren’t you prepared in the first place?

We contracted with Looking Sharpe Landscape to lightly prune a tree in our front yard. When we came home we found that the crew had destroyed our front yard landscaping by shearing all our shrubs and ripping out all our perennials even though they had no instructions or permission to touch any of that landscaping. Their justification was "My crew felt it was the best thing to do". While Looking Sharpe admitted their error in that they were not supposed to even touch the landscaping, they put down mulch but have been unwilling to reimburse us for plants purchased as a temporary fix to fill in the huge holes created. The attached before and after pictures speak for themselves and show the job they did. Clearly, we would not recommend them under any circumstances.
