Osvi came on time for our Free estimate and gave us a competitive price (we had 8 landscaping Businesses estimates before his); So we went ahead and hired them. He gave us a 1 week frame time estimate for the work to be finished and he didn’t let us down. *We live in a HOA community, so time frames and professionalism is a must. They removed an existing sod and repair the drainage, extended the Lawn space and replaced/ installed new one; fixed existing pavers edges, continued to finished a Pavers pathway, Installed stepping stones, fixed and installed new Irrigation system, installed Stackable brick planters, they planted some boxwood’s, 2 gardenias, 2 azaleas, 2 flower/grass type of plant, and 2 lavender ones as well; filled all planted areas with mulch, leveled all the ground with top soil (before the new sod and the Stackable brick planters.) *They’re prepare with the right equipment. His team cleaned all the debris from our backyard and restored it in ONE Week !! .. (after 2 years of ‘emptiness and pure mess’ thanks to our German Shepard teenage phase *=D) His team was always on time; I never felt uncomfortable around or harassed by them, his team was always professional and respectful. You will see Osvi on the site making sure everything is going smoothly and on track, he makes sure you are pleased with his work as well. His communications skills are really an excellent asset for his business (I have OCD, and he showed nothing but patience and willingness to answer my q’s, clear out my doubts, working in the project while being flexible to ideas (i made a few changes on the way); He even took the time to meet me on the Nursery site to show me the plants I was looking for and the ones that wouldn’t work for my space. he was teaching me the ups and downs of each plant as well, so I could make the right decision on buying them without any remorse or fear on making a wrong investment. His business is Legal (you’ll received all your receipts and estimates on paper) They take pride on their work and you can see that on their 20 year business experience and the finished work. I was never pushed to do more or do changes according to their will, taste or time.. everything they did was as in the contract and *more! (*They helped me to straighten my Cypress and to fix the weed mesh on a slop site... that was not in the contract, but they did it for us as a courtesy) nor I was charged more. He also left an ‘open line’ for us to reach in case we see something wrong with his work or if we have a q’s or concerns due to the fact we are newbies in landscaping maintenance *=) We’ll definitely be hire them to repair and re-do our front yard in a not long future. Osvi showed up on time each day for the quote and once the work started. His work is clean and professional. The cement and wall came out looking really good and looks like it will last a really long time.

Lopez Landscaping has done a ton of projects on my house. They paved portions of our backyard, landscaped our hill, landscaped our front yard, and trimmed our trees. I definitely recommend Lopez Landscaping, prices are competitive as well.

Mr. Lopez and his crew did an excellent job on creating my new backyard. They were able to make good recommendations to help plan it properly and did the work quickly. The backyard looks beautiful now.
