Horrible customer service! They were no show for two appointments for the project consultation without any communication. Horrible service

When it came time for my wife and I to begin thinking about what we were going to do for our side yard we rang up about 8 companies. None of them responded professionally and listened to what we wanted to do as much as Osvi did. From the very beginning Osvi showed professionalism and care on the project. He was very courteous and responded immediately to our questions - we knew he was the one we were going to go with. During the start of the project - Osvi was very communicative and transparent. He never made any deviations to our plans and if there was anything to be talked about he would get ahold of us first before ever going forward with things. His team worked efficiently, professionally and fast! Their quality of work absolutely shows as we do not even recognize our side yard! If you need any landscaping to be done, do yourselves a favor and hit up Osvi!

This company is fast and professional, they took less than a week to Landscape my front yard and they did a wonderful job, I would Highly recommend them for any of you landscaping needs.

Osvi and his team are amazing. I have dealt with my share of contractors through my many decades. Being able to work with such a professional and reliable landscaping company is a delight. Osvi took the time to listen to our needs, came up with a great design for my backyard hardscape/landscape and executed brilliantly. His communication through every step was excellent so I didn't have any "sleepless nights" wondering if things were going to get done as planned. Another joy is his great team. All the workers that came to our home were polite, clean, and friendly. We had a fairly big job with concrete, turf, pavers, a raised fire pit platform, spa pad, pergola, planters, and patio cover. Every component of the work was done with care and professionalism. Osvi stuck to all time commitments and the budget for the job. Highly recommend working with Osvi and his team. They took our design (which consisted of concrete, turf, deck with lighting, pavers, planters with drip irrigation, and installing gas lines) and brought it to life! The team was professional and stayed in constant communication about project progress or potential delays so we were never confused about what was happening. This was key and put any preconceived notions we had about working with anyone at ease. Osvi and his team addressed any concerns we had and provided feedback on certain design aspects and offered solutions. They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day and even helped set up our fire pit and grill! We are so happy with the end product and everyone we know has commented on how great our backyard looks. If we ever need any work done again, we will definitely be calling Osvi.

Osvi was the only “local” landscaper who could do floating stairs or had experience with floating stairs. He was very patient with me, as I knew exactly what I wanted (I was indecisive about some things), and have a tiny bit of OCD. He communicated more frequently while the project was in-process. There are some minor little things that I noticed that are not to my standard, but I am overall very satisfied with the work and his patience with me. Thank you Osvi and your team! My front yard is beautiful! I highly recommend Osvi and his team.

Lopez Landscape does excellent work! We had a block wall done in our backyard and Osvi and his team did great work. It looks fantastic. Osvi is very responsive and reliable. Osvi did an excellent job on my backyard! Took about 16 months finding a contractor that im confortable with. After 2 failed contractor, i finally took a chance on Osvi thru friend referral. Osvi came right away for estimate, told him what i wanted and after few days he came back with a design. For 4 weeks Osvi’s crew started ontime 7:30am-4:00pm non stop until project is completed. The best thing about Osvi is he is hands on and he always show up to check the worksite and the communication skills is excellent. I would definitely hire lopez landscape again and highly recommended

Mr. Osvi delivered his promise of my block wall and ahead of schedule. After 2 previously failed attempts of getting cement work done correctly .by Delgado landscape and another Edward ( I forget the co name) Osvi will tear it up and get it right. Just waiting for a start date that will fit my schedule. . Thanks for being g patient with me Osvi.

Ozvi and his team delivered on our quick project. I had not the slightest clue on laying cement or anything of that nature. After being recommended to Ozvi, he called back, scheduled a quick time to come by and give me an estimate. Later that day, his team came back and dug/set up the foundation and the next day he finished the project. It looks great and I will happily recommend Ozvi to anyone looking in search of landscaping.

Osvi and his crew did and outstanding job in our backyard. We have a strict HOA and Osvi was able to provide the plans and necessary information to submit for approval. Once approved they build the yard according to the design and very quickly finished the job. Osvi provides a lot of good and valuable advice when we were putting the design together. Our backyard is not very big but Lopez landscape made it looks very good and something we can now really enjoy with the family. I will highly recommend Lopez landscape and will be using them for future jobs.

After meeting with a few contractors we selected Lopez Landscape based on the consultation with Osvi. We had a large yard and wanted to have both a modern feel and still have grass! Osvi recommended we add Alesha from Aldia Design to make sure we captured full potential of space. Alesha designed based on our input which was exactly what Osvi and his team delivered. They were on time every day and kept us informed of project timeline and involved us on decision making throughout the project. Our yard is beautiful and we look forward to working with Osvi on our front yard.

I worked on a design for one of their clients and it was such a pleasure working together with Lopez Landscape! Osvi sat in on the design meeting, provided great feedback on the construction, and made sure everyone was on the same page. They were always on time, communicated well, and kept me up to date on the install process which I really appreciated as well. It was awesome to see the design come to reality!

We hired Lopez Landscaping to do some concrete work in our backyard. From start to finish Lopez Landscaping was a pleasure to deal with. From the competitive quote to the professional installation of the concrete Lopez Landscaping was wonderful. Always on time and worked late to stay within quoted time and budget! They did a great job and were open to adding small changes during the process. Workers tended to be a little sloppy with personal items but that was quickly fixed after mentioning it to the owner. I highly recommend!

Osvi came on time for our Free estimate and gave us a competitive price (we had 8 landscaping Businesses estimates before his); So we went ahead and hired them. He gave us a 1 week frame time estimate for the work to be finished and he didn’t let us down. *We live in a HOA community, so time frames and professionalism is a must. They removed an existing sod and repair the drainage, extended the Lawn space and replaced/ installed new one; fixed existing pavers edges, continued to finished a Pavers pathway, Installed stepping stones, fixed and installed new Irrigation system, installed Stackable brick planters, they planted some boxwood’s, 2 gardenias, 2 azaleas, 2 flower/grass type of plant, and 2 lavender ones as well; filled all planted areas with mulch, leveled all the ground with top soil (before the new sod and the Stackable brick planters.) *They’re prepare with the right equipment. His team cleaned all the debris from our backyard and restored it in ONE Week !! .. (after 2 years of ‘emptiness and pure mess’ thanks to our German Shepard teenage phase *=D) His team was always on time; I never felt uncomfortable around or harassed by them, his team was always professional and respectful. You will see Osvi on the site making sure everything is going smoothly and on track, he makes sure you are pleased with his work as well. His communications skills are really an excellent asset for his business (I have OCD, and he showed nothing but patience and willingness to answer my q’s, clear out my doubts, working in the project while being flexible to ideas (i made a few changes on the way); He even took the time to meet me on the Nursery site to show me the plants I was looking for and the ones that wouldn’t work for my space. he was teaching me the ups and downs of each plant as well, so I could make the right decision on buying them without any remorse or fear on making a wrong investment. His business is Legal (you’ll received all your receipts and estimates on paper) They take pride on their work and you can see that on their 20 year business experience and the finished work. I was never pushed to do more or do changes according to their will, taste or time.. everything they did was as in the contract and *more! (*They helped me to straighten my Cypress and to fix the weed mesh on a slop site... that was not in the contract, but they did it for us as a courtesy) nor I was charged more. He also left an ‘open line’ for us to reach in case we see something wrong with his work or if we have a q’s or concerns due to the fact we are newbies in landscaping maintenance *=) We’ll definitely be hire them to repair and re-do our front yard in a not long future. Osvi showed up on time each day for the quote and once the work started. His work is clean and professional. The cement and wall came out looking really good and looks like it will last a really long time.

Lopez Landscaping has done a ton of projects on my house. They paved portions of our backyard, landscaped our hill, landscaped our front yard, and trimmed our trees. I definitely recommend Lopez Landscaping, prices are competitive as well.
