“First-time homebuyer, looking to create a grassy backyard for my young kiddos to play. Fernando has the heart of a teacher, so he took the time to explain WHAT he was doing and WHY he was doing it. Same with his crew, which went out of their way to explain certain aspects of safety and ways to protect the home from possible water damage (thanks Martin). Fernando was consistent and timely in his communication throughout the project. Fernando also worked well and coordinated with the other contractor doing work at the time, which was super important given that the projects overlapped. I also appreciate Fernando’s vision for the work. We talked about where things could be given more budget. This allowed us to set a foundation for future projects, which will save us time and money. Finally, Fernando has gone above and beyond even though the project is complete. He still comes by to check on the yard to make sure things are going well, which is super appreciated. This was my first time on Houzz, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am very grateful that Fernando and Ambient Landscaping reached out to my initial post. They were fair, did excellent work, and can’t recommend them enough.”

“After thinking about a kitchen remodel for over a couple of years, we finally decided to go ahead with the project. We had spoken to a few contractors about what we were looking for and the price range we were comfortable spending. Although, I’m sure these few contractors we did speak with did fine work, we just weren’t really very happy with what we were hearing, which was pricing, product selection and timelines. We then contacted 4 Season Remodeling & design and spoke with the project manager Junior, who, by the way, was extremely easy to speak with and he saw our vision of what we wanted to accomplish. As much as we liked Junior and what his company had to offer, we still had to think about the expenditure and what value this remodel would bring to our home. After finally making the decision to go forward with the project, we contacted Junior again to finalize the decision of what product and color scheme we wanted. Jackie, the designer, was very knowledgeable in what we wanted and guided us in the right direction for the desirable end result. In addition, we wanted to replace all the appliances that Junior said there would be no problem doing. We had to wait several weeks for the appliances to arrive so that Junior and his team would install them, along with the new cabinets and countertops. After finalizing a deconstruction start date, Junior’s team came in on that date and started the task of tearing down the existing kitchen. I was quite pleased with the manner with which they approached the task at hand. Not only did they have to remove all the old cabinets and appliances, but then they had to go back and prep/repair the walls for the new cabinets and their installation. They worked very quickly and efficiently throughout the entire project. Henry, the on-site Lead, kept us in the loop with each day’s passing progress. Obviously, there were little surprises and obstacles along the way, but they were able to quickly overcome these issues. The project was supposed to take from 3-4 months to complete. It took just about 1.5 months to finish the remodel and we can’t tell you how pleased we are with the final results! The one thing that was of extreme importance to us was the amount of constant communication Junior provided throughout the process. I can’t stress enough his diligence when it came to keeping us informed about the process and his follow up about things we had asked about. In the end, we are thrilled with the results. The work is beautiful and we are enjoying our new kitchen. 4 Season Remodeling & design has a solid representative of their company in Junior, Henry and team. We would happily recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design to our friends, neighbors and family.
