Milarch Brothers Nursery & Landscaping

Following the recommendations of other subcontractors, we contacted Jared Milarch to help us with the landscaping of our new lake house in Beulah, MI. From viewing the house when the framing was being done to when the pre-landscaping elevation was complete, Jared was able to develop a master plan that added to the appearance and value of our property. While we followed his initial design, Jared was very good about listening to our ideas and wishes and giving us the pros and cons of what we were suggesting, including the final shape of the terracing to the plant material selected. More often than not, we followed Jared's guidance and that turned out to be the best plan. He was prompt to return our phone calls and keep us updated on the work schedule and his employees were always very courteous. While Jared understands that building a new house is a big investment and his initial estimate was accurate, he was able to give us a fair idea of the costs for changes we asked about, including the ones we incorporated. Jared Milarch and his company have provided a number of services for me...all with the highest service. He has done landscaping including building a limestone walkway and staircase. Both my wife and myself have been very pleased with the work. He has build a 3 tier rock-supported garden. He has brought in large rocks and set them strategically. In the winter months, Jared and his company do my snow removal. We are well pleased.

Milarch Bros. created a design for our new landscaping that was complete, affordable and in the future.. beautiful (plants still need a season to grow in). They provided hard scape, vegitation and irrigation for our home. Milarch was very adaptive to changes and quick with their installation. We would definitely recommend them for future projects.
