Nature Designs Landscaping

Nature Design turned our yard plans into a reality. Chris gave us a reasonable estimate and timeframe, and followed through on both. He and his crew went above and beyond when we wanted to make slight changes and did those within the project deadline. We are so pleased with the end result and plan on having Nature Design do more projects for us!

Chris and his team at Nature Designs pulled out our old thatched lawn, redid the grading, installed a sprinkler system, and put in an RV pad. We are super happy and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Chris from Natures Designs did a fantastic job on our yard. We had him do an entire yard install, sprinklers, grass, curbing, trees, fire pit and paver patio. He and his guys were always on time and did quality work. I often get comments on how we have the best yard in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

TERRIBLE customer service. I reached out to Nature Designs Utah through the Houzz site. 5 days later Chris the owner text me and said he was having a hard time e-mailing me through the site. Whatever, not a problem. We set up a time for him to come look at our property to provide a quote 2 days later. I met with several other landscapers who all took about 45 minutes to talk with me about the project, and then took more measurements after I went inside. Chris, the owner I believe of Nature Designs Landscaping, was here for 10 minutes. He said to e-mail him a plot map, and he would mock up designs using that and give me the quote. That was on March 21. On March 29th I still had not heard from him. I sent a follow-up e-mail asking if he had the quote or needed anything else from me, as we were trying to have all bids done by the end of the week. I've never heard from him. What an awful way to do business. If you're not interested in my little $30k project, please have the decency to respond and let me know that. I had two other people come to bid the job. Do NOT waste your time reaching out to Nature Designs Landscaping.

I hired Nature Designs to do a very big and extensive landscaping project in my yard. The project included retaining walls, a large water feature, large fire pit area, sport court, pavers, concrete, irrigation, trees, lighting, and more. They did very good work. Very easy to work with. They kept me accurately informed on timing and pricing for any changes i made mid-project. I highly recommend them. Our home was in the 2015 Utah Valley Parade of Homes and as such we needed to get all of our landscaping done up front and in a hurry. Chris at Nature Designs did a fantastic job with his team of coming in on short notice and executing on our landscaping design. They completed the various parts of the job on the schedule they promised (no easy task with the rain we received that month) and worked with me on the things I wanted to do myself to save a little money. Since the job has finished Chris has been back out to our house several times to check on things and make sure that the irrigation system is properly configured and drainage is working properly to prevent upsetting the neighbors. In fact, he did such a good job that a number of my new neighbors are talking to him about doing their own yards when the time comes. However, the real separating factor for me is how honest and genuine Chris is. He was terrific to work with and extremely friendly and sincere and has earned my trust. I would recommend him and his team at Nature Designs without reservation!

Chris at Nature Designs Landscaping was great to work with. He completed our landscaping project in a quick timeframe and was very efficient. The quality of work he and his team provided was fantastic. Our custom fire pit and sitting area turned out amazing. We are more than happy with the final outcome that we received with Nature Designs. Chris was available on the phone and on-site regularly to help and answer any questions and provided great insight to help us complete our project. We had interviewed 7 other landscapers prior to selecting Chris and we were very happy with our choice and the outcome.

My new fire pit and patio are amazing! The pavers we used are really unique, I've never seen anything like them. Chris did a nice job supervising his crew and installation was smooth. Cant wait to add another project to my backyard.

This company was great. They were great to work with in that they were very knowledgeable and hard working. I felt that they were conscious to meet deadlines. We ran into a few delays with weather, but they worked hard to make up for lost time. They were very attentive to listening to what I liked and didn't like and then helped by making suggestions. The head manager, Chris Smith, was energetic and adaptable. He was respectful of the property, my time and wanted everyone to feel comfortable. This group was very helpful in working with the different amount of sunlight that I have available and help with the step slope of my front yard. They have big ideas, so you have to keep budget in mind and remind them of what your budget is, but they are very good at staying within the budget once you have state what it is and what your priorities are.
