New Garden Landscaping & Nursery

We signed a contract for New Garden to trim our plants that they had planted previously. Contract was in excess of $800. They spent maybe 5 hours working. Had estimated a full day. Charge customer to Load their truck before coming. Two guys, maybe 5 hours, you do the math. It's just not Brain surgery or Rocket Science. So, beware. Nice work, BUT you pay dearly.

My first project with New Garden has gone well. the front and side yards look reall nice. Neighbors have stopped and complemented. My concerns have been responded to in action not just words. I was happy to have had their help in establishing my yard. Well done.

We contacted New Garden Landscaping shortly after we moved into our home. The gardens had been ignored for some time. We read about their "get well" visits and decided that was exactly what was needed here. We met with Meredith and she came up with and extensive plan for the renovation of the garden. The crew just finished 3 days worth of work (on only a 1/4 lot) and we are delighted. Tons of heavy pruning and weeding and now the beds are fertilized, edged and mulched. The crew was amazing....the foreman Garrett was outstanding and paid attention to every detail. All the guys were professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are.

I can always count on New Garden Landscaping to do a quality job. This is our third landscaping project with them and each one has met our expectations. They provided detailed designs and estimates and they have always responded in a timely manner to my questions and concerns. It is nice to know that I can always count on them to do a great job. We partnered with New Garden Landscape & Nursery on a full front and back yard renovation including sprinkler system, hardscapes, lighting, and plantings. Jim Keen worked with us on a remarkable design that created better walkways to and around the house, introduced color and texture to the landscape, and allowed for more permeable surfaces to help preserve a large oak tree that is a focal point of the yard. Jim was thoughtful to our needs and wants. in the end he was able to extend our home to include a comfortable outdoor space for living and dining. The team that brought the design to life became part of the family for the duration of the project. Morris and Jose were very professional, thoughtful, and shared our excitement for the landscape transformation. All New Garden team members were knowledgeable and responsive to any requests or questions along the way. We are very pleased with all aspects of our new yard! While I enjoy gazing at the colors and textures of the plantings during the day, I look forward to dusk as the lights come on and cast a glow around the house. We are so thankful for Jim's vision!

I needed complete redo of an overgrown space in front of a condo. New Garden provided a design, a quote and a schedule. the crew was efficient and respectful. They finished the job in a timely manner and it looks great. I was offered continued advice on caring for the space. My experience with New Garden has been very good.

We hired New Garden to undertake a major landscaping project at our home. We had seen sites of some of New Garden's work in our neighborhood as well as other locations and knew them to be an accomplished landscaping company. Meeting with Tripp, we were asked specific questions about our likes and dislikes concerning landscaping even as much as colors that we were partial to. They took the time to send out their landscape architect to meet with us again along with Tripp. After a minimal amount of time, we were presented with a landscape plan which also included pictures of the plants they were planning to add to our landscape. When the day of the work was to begin, the team showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the week. The foreman, Jose, on our job was very knowledgeable regarding landscaping as well as courteous and respectful. At all times did he keep us abreast of the status of the job, any issues were brought to our attention and resolved to our satisfaction. (We were sorry to see Jose and his team leave at the end of the week, they were indeed a pleasure!) The completed landscaping totally changed the look of our home. Even after the job was completed, Tripp responded to questions we had by either showing up physically or returning phone calls immediately. For anyone who wants landscaping done correctly from beginning to end, we recommend this company. We were very pleased with the entire process as well as the outcome.

New Garden completed a two part job recently at my home. Planting a number of items purchased at the nursery and trimming older shrubs around the property. The landscape consultant from New Garden was personable and easy to work with to place the new plants and evalute the maintenence required. Communication was thorough and any and all queries were answered in a timely manner. The work crew was very professional and I was impressed at how well the team worked together. Everything was cleaned up and the property left in good condition upon completion of the job.

called several tree / plant specialists for help about some failing trees. this company out of 7 companies called was the only one that responded in a reasonable time. The representative came out and provided wonderful information and resolved our worries. he provided us some options to maintain out trees and not hurt our pocket book.

A little more expensive than bigger retail shops but the plants are healthy and well tended, and the staff are very helpful and professional.

I really like that New Garden Nursery has a free consultation service. Basically you go in with your ideas and sit down with a helpful associate and they will help you plan your project and estimate your cost for equipment and supplies. I would definitely seek them out again for help. We had to postpone our project but hopefully will get it back on the front burner.
