Seth and his design and production team handled a difficult project involving a large retaining wall and steps. They took care of everything from design, engineering, permit, and finishing. The job was done professionally and they kept in regular communication to notify me of progress and any issues that would come up. They were all amazing. They made this job easy for me, and the steps, wall, and patio are beautiful! Such an improvement. They added tremendous value to the house and our lives. We love New Life Landscape!

An over-the-top experience from start to finish. Carlos and his crew are TRULY the best. From design, to creativity, to workmanship and professionalism, I can't recommend them highly enough!! These guys show up early, stay late, and they don't just work....they WORK. They are meticulous with each and every paver cut, each plant placement, each sprinkler, and every detail in between. We had areas of our patio where they dug down three feet because of rocks and clay, JUST to be sure we would have a solid base under our pavers. I honestly couldn't believe it and wouldn't have known the difference...but they would, and they care about these jobs as if they were their own yards. Even more than their hard work, I appreciated their willingness to knock on the door and make suggestions along the way of things they could see us loving even more as the project progressed. Thanks to their suggestions, we love our outdoor space more than we ever could have imagined. And thanks to the unbelievable experience, we will always love it even MORE because of the awesome team who created it!! Carlos is fair, honest, up front, and AMAZING both personally and professionally. So are each and every one of the people on his team. You can't go wrong with them!

Carlos and his assistant came to my home in order to view my backyard for a landscape design, with my intention to have them do the installation this upcoming Spring. Carlos asked me to email him a copy of the lot plan so he could have the necessary dimensions to create my design. He told me that my small yard would be easy for him to whip out a design and he would probably have it done over the weekend. I emailed the information the following morning (Friday). About a week later, since I had not heard anything from Carlos, I called to make sure he received the email with my lot plan, which the gal who answered the phone confirmed that he had. About a week or so after this, I again called to see how he was doing with the design. The same gal answered the phone and said she would give him the message that I called. It is now more than a month since I met with Carlos. I have no design and he has not returned either of my calls. My guess? My project was just too small for his business.

Carlos and his crew were prompt and ready to go to work as soon as they pulled up to our yard. They had all the right plants and planting materials needed to do the job. Not knowing exactly the kind of plants, shrubs and trees that I wanted to make our yard beautiful, Carlos made suggestions that were perfect for our budget. After the crew completed the work, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Then one of the crew members showed me their work and asked me if I had any questions. I would highly recommend New Life Landscape for any landscaping projects that you are considering in the future!

Carlos and his crew were awesome! We recently built our new home on an acre lot. With so much land to landscape and not wanting to break the bank we needed all the help and direction we could get. Carlos's calm, professional and mindful demeanor brought it all together within our budget. Carlos was generous with his time in the planning stage. His custom computer design process with 3D viewing was really helpful in the decision making. I was really impressed with Carlos's crew who were friendly, worked diligently and kept the on going project clean every day. They washed down the back patio and sidewalks every night before they left. We had such a good experience we couldn't help ourselves but to call Carlos back for additional projects such as our great fire pit, paver surround patio and yard lighting! We are very happy with the landscaping done by Carlos and his crew at New Life Landscape. We contacted him based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Carlos came to our new home with a blank slate in the front and back yards, and took our limited ideas and expanded them into plans that would work with our "vision". He is very knowledgeable and professional, but approachable, and not at all pushy with suggestions. He returned all calls and texts promptly. We went to see his own yard (lovely) and went with him to the nursery to pick out plants and rock. His crew worked hard and finished the project in the allotted time. Carlos even returned 3 weeks later to make sure everything was in working order and to answer our many questions on how to make sure things stayed looking good---and alive! We would highly recommend New Life Landscape for a job well done!
