Pergola Construction Companies in Oakville

“Curbz did an amazing job transforming my tiny Toronto backyard into an urban oasis! Ian the owner, Spencer the project manager, Janine the landscaper, and Ladan (the designer who works alongside them), maximized every square inch of the backyard. We managed to fit in two sheds, swim spa, pergola, a fire table, BBQ area, lots of decking, and lovely plantings. The staff were always super prompt and really friendly. They kept the site very clean/tidy. This was a big job and was completed over many months. As with all projects, there were a few glitches here and there but anytime I pointed out an issue, Spencer was super responsive (I don’t think I ever heard him say no he couldn’t do something!) and would take care of it ASAP. Ian came to check on the work and provided some really good suggestions on the landscaping etc. They kept me updated on the budget and provided quick cost estimates when I suggested extra work. Most importantly, I felt that I could trust them to do the best quality work without much oversight (I was out of country much of the time), I plan to do my front yard with them this year and cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Action Home Services did a complete remodel of our bathroom, and I can't recommend them enough. The results speak for themselves. They were easy to work with, and made sure my place was spotless upon completion. I have heard horror stories about construction delays but had zero issues in that regard with this team. They helped us every step of the way, including picking materials and sorting issues as they arose. A million thanks to everyone at Action Home Services.”

“We approached Big Town for a complete tear down and rebuild of our backyard to make it more functional for our young family. From start to finish I was very impressed with Dominic's dedication and attention to detail for our project. This being the first major project as new homeowners, we were nervous and a bit overwhelmed to get things started; however, Dominic was incredibly patient and supportive as we embarked on this journey. We spent many hours over the phone and in person reviewing the plan and discussing options prior to starting. Big Town started this work in September, removing all of the overgrowth in the yard, levelling the ground for the new patio, pouring concrete and installing posts for the pergola and privacy screens, and finally finishing with fresh and clean plants for to complete the look. The project was completed in November. The team was very accomodating along the way, adding several changes in flight, including addition of a sprinkler system, natural gas line for BBQ and firepit, and also electrical throughout. Overall, I was always impressed with the teams friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and engagement in making sure we were satisfied with the look and finish of the yard. Santo was very approachable and kept me apprised of progress or possible barriers so I was aware of any changes to timeline. The patio work was incredibly solid - I'm amazed at the amount of gravel that was placed as the base to ensure nothing would shift after the work was completed. The team worked quickly but carefully to ensure a high quality product at the end. Thank you again to the Big Town team for the wonderful transformation of our backyard! It is like we have added another several hundred square feet of living space to our property and we are able to entertain large groups without issue. We look forward to making many new memories in our beautiful yard for years to come!”
