“Partnering with Joe and his team turned out to be the best decision we made when starting our full backyard remodel. After meeting with and interviewing 5 different companies, Joe made us feel comfortable and confident he could get the job done and on budget. His open and honest communication style was apparent throughout the entire project. He took the time to listen to our ideas and implemented them with his own design spin to allow our space to flow seamlessly. Prior to each new phase he met with us to allow for any design changes. Our project included redoing an existing pool, designing a rock retaining wall, creating an outdoor kitchen and dedicated space for a standalone fire pit as well as all new landscaping/lighting. Joe was on budget throughout the entire project and had a wonderful phased payment system as the project progressed. His team was onsite every work day on time and extremely productive. Joe attended all visits with the pool company, granite warehouse, and outdoor appliance stores with us to help educate and advocate for us. “My wife and I initially did not believe the timeline that was provided for the scope of work that needed to be done (1/3 an acre, combination of pavers, turf; requiring steps and work around columns). But Nader and the folks at NAB construction stuck to the deadline and completed the work on schedule.
