We had a five star relationship for three projects but on our last project, when I mentioned that there was a safety problem with his Goshen stone stair implementation (he agreed with me on this and promised to fix it), and areas of grass that were obviously killed by too much fertilizer, he wrote me an email saying he would not deal with me any longer, never speaking to me directly. Now he refuses to answer emails or phone calls. He also pads his bills with extras that should be included in the original contract without mentioning there would be an extra fee when he does the work. In the photo, you can see where the patio step implementation has no valid step to the walkway below for at least half of the walkway width. When approaching the walkway from the raised patio, you expect there to be usable steps. I feel this is a dangerous condition and Stephen agreed it is wrong.
