We have installed well over 150 uniquely designed putting greens in the Washington Metro area as well as out of State and abroad. Pool/spa project started in March 2022. To this date, almost 3 years later, the project has yet to be completed: both the pool and spa are leaking, at the astounding rate of over 1,000 gallons a week. This has been an ongoing problem since September 2022, yet not only hasn't it been fixed, but Mr. Phillips stopped returning calls for many months. Stay away!

We had Phillips work on landscaping and hardscaping our backyard. We had to call them back numerous times given the work was done poorly, including the installation. This was a simple job that should have been easy to finish but instead dragged on. Would not recommend them.
