Jim and his crew did an excellent job on my patio replacement. Jim was extremely helpful with design ideas, kept us updated on project timelines and could not have been more agreeable to the changes/additional work we requested. Communication was excellent. I can not speak more highly of the crew on my project`. Always respectful, cleaned up after each days work and very talented. I could not be more pleased with all phases of the project. I highly recommend Jim and Plandscape.

Reading reviews should be enlightening for both the possible consumer and service provider, and it is my intent to do this entry justice for Plandscape LLC. from Elburn, IL. From the initial planning stages to the final product, Jim Haugen and his team have been phenomenal! Jim Haugen is: •patient in the customer decision making process. (Take as much time as you need.) •prompt in his scheduled meetings. (Exact is more like it!) •timely in his proposals and changes to proposals as promised. •knowledgeable about plants and design aesthetics. (Creative and beautiful) •considerate of the likes and dislikes of the customer and provides alternative suggestions to plants . There are many from which to choose and he is wants you to LOVE them and be happy. •budget conscious and respectful of those numbers. •a leader of a team with well-coordinated efforts from all entities so work can continue. ( i.e. the air conditioner moved, bay window fixed, utilities marked , permits etc.) •confident in their work and willing to take you to see current or previous projects so you can be confident as well. His team puts in a FULL DAY’S WORK, is professional, neat while the work is happening, and they clean the entire project areas before they leave for the day. They began promptly each and every morning. The workers are respectful, knowledgeable and up for any challenge that hones their craft. We have used Plandscape, Inc. for 2 projects. One was a back patio a few years ago. The other was about 4 weeks ago for a re-facing of our front stoop and a removal and installation of our front walk. Everyone who visits our home just loves the patio and walk! While there have been a few issues with settling of the patio, Jim has been very prompt to send out his crew to make it like new again. Very happy with our decision to use Plandscape, Inc. Would definitelyn recommend Jim and his crew.

Jim and the Plandscape team have ALWAYS done a great job for us. We have now used them on three jobs (this review is from the first, most major, project) and they are always the first call we make for landscape design and development. They are also reasonably priced for the work they provide.
