“It's almost 18 months since project completion and we could not be happier with the out come and with Monarca! Project was a total re-landscape, every square inch of the old yard was removed and completely replaced. New everything! Hillside retaining walls, privacy walls and outdoor kitchen. Paver patio, walkways and driveway. A fire pit, putting green and 14X16 heated gazebo. All new low-flow irrigation and landscape lighting with wireless controls. All new woodlands plantings with the exception of 2 trees that survived and are flourishing. It turned out absolutely amazing! Alex and the team worked with our plans and improved on them as we went. We discussed and they rolled with and documented all our changes. Their sub-contractors were fabulous to work with as well. Alex also dealt with the city on all our plans, permits and approvals. A very professional organization that is very easy to work with! We highly recommend Alex, Rodrigo and the entire Monarca team!”

“If you are reading this review, consider yourself lucky. You have hit the jackpot and found your guy. Do yourself a favor and call Grant at GDM now. I have nothing but great things to say about Grant and his team. We have been through several remodels and I can honestly say that GDM has by far been the best company that we have hired. We loved them so much we continue to call them anytime we have a project. We did a complete remodel of our front and backyard which included a pool. Coming from an industry where service, time management and attention to detail are SUPER important, I worried that maybe those qualities didn't exist in a landscape/construction company.
