Four years ago, Mark and his team installed a pondless waterfall in our backyard. I interviewed at least 5 different vendors and found that Mark was the most knowledgeable, helpful and honest. His team carved out a 4 drop waterfall exactly to my specifications and wishes. He guided me towards a pondless feature after I explained that I wanted a no hassle, easy to care for option. We couldn't be happier. We run our feature year round (even in mutli-day, sub-zero temperatures) ever since it was installed and have never had a problem.
During installation, we thought we might have a leak, but no one could find the source. Mark came out with a shovel and personally investigated. Ultimately he found an issue completely unrelated to the feature or the landscaping project (it was an issue with our sprinkler system). He really stood by his work. The feature is gorgeous and still running strong 4 years later. The birds love to bathe in it, and we thoroughly enjoy sitting on our deck in the suburbs and feeling like we are sitting stream side in the mountains. His crew did a great job incorporating natural elements (rocks, logs, water plants and the layout of our backyard) and lighting to make the feature look natural. We are very pleased.

We recently had this company clean our pond and then bill us 40% more than quoted. They also left the auto-fill running which caused our pond to overflow and flood our neighbors back yard (we were out of town and my mom was taking care of our house) which will most certainly cause us to have a huge water bill! The owner then said his guys told my mom to babysit the fill when the guy doing the work had already acknowledged to me a couple days later that the new guy with him had made the mistake when putting things back together. I would steer clear of this operation!!

Mark and his team are absolutely top-notch professionals. I have owned a pond and waterfeature at my Denver - Golden foothills for over 13 years. For the last half of that period, Rocky Mountain WaterScape has taken care of the property with high expertise. My initial referral was to repair a hugely damaged pond liner with a very poorly designed large pond. After careful review and personal inspection on several occasions, Mark suggested a remake as a pondless waterfeature. Mind you, this was a very, substantial task. When RMWS showed up, they brought a large and talented team, substantial materials and literally transformed my property at a cost of about a fourth of a pond remake. Every year, Mark's team (usually the dedicated Jeff and a teammate) restart my feature at the beginning of the season in an expert way. This is an industry with many, many casual to the work companies; they won't be there down the road and shortcuts and cheap prices will be a super false savings.
I enthusiastically and wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Mark, Lannie, Jeff and the many employees at RMWS. They are rare talents who fairly price their work, and carefully manage their customers' needs.

Commented: Beautiful. Can I ask what type and brand of pump did you use? InlineIt is a submersible Aquascape 5PL (4800 gph) with a manifold that splits the flow into three 1” pipes that feed the wires. Thanks for your interest!
