Simplified Landscaping is exactly like the company name. Through Leif and his crew's honest, creative work he was able to take our plain high maintenance yard and landscape with rocked terraces, two colorful paved fireplaces, a relaxing sitting area by a water feature, and a paved sidewalk with a bridge. With beautiful trees and perennial plants there is now less painstaking yard work and more time for a fun retirement outside in our own yard.

Although I had a basic idea of what landscaping I wanted, Mr. Handy made suggestions that definitely added to the finished look. He put in a totally new sprinkler system, terraced a sloping back yard, put in a water feature, put in a flagstone patio and a deck that came right off the back door, and sodded the entire yard. His workers were respectful and always cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. I am very happy with the work done and everyone says how relaxing my backyard is!

Having worked with many contractors I know that the most important trait is for them to do what they tell you they'll do and Leif is great at that. If he says he'll do something, it's as good as done. Plus, his attention to detail is fantastic and his desire to do it right the first time is unquestionable. He's also just a great guy who's easy to work with. I recommend Simplified Landscaping without a second thought!

Simplified did our original landscaping and built us a patio. They have since done maintenance for us and helped move a tree and add plants. All the work has been professionally done. Advice on plant selection has been excellent, and anything that needed to be replaced has been replaced.

Lief and his staff are fantastic!!! My yard looks fabulous always! Lief installed all of our landscaping, replants our flower beds yearly, and maintains our yard weekly. We couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgable person to work with! Have referred him numerous times and all that have used him have been as happy as we have been!

Simplified Landscaping did all of the landscaping for our new home that we had built and had recently moved into. Leif was responsive and was very fair and honest in his dealings with us. He was attentive to any concern we raised and sought to ensure we were nothing short of very pleased with the completed project. I would hire him again if the need were to arise and do not hesitate referring him to others.

Leif is friendly and has creative ideas for the yard. I appreciate his work is guaranteed and I can call him for maintenance on our waterfall or deck. He is insured and replaced three plants that died.

We really enjoyed working with Leif. He had some wonderful design and landscaping ideas. He was also willing to listen to what we wanted and kept the project within our budget. Very happy we hired him and he immediately replaced the one tree we had die in the spring.

I have hired Simplified Landscaping to do 4 major yard improvements over the last 7 years. These projects have ranged from a water feature, rockery, front yard restoration, fire pit and improved landscaping throughout my entire yard. This improvement included sprinkler repair, new shrubbery, new sod and the leveling of my yard. I would recommend this company highly to anyone interested in having it done correct, using the finest materials and the highest professionalism in the industry.
