They are the worst company ever. They did not install my front door stepping stones correctly and my mom fell and hurt hurt self. I’ve tried calling several time to fix that and other mistakes but they have been unresponsive.

I couldn’t have asked for more out of the Stone and Patio Professionals. Charles came and assessed my backyard, listened to what my wife and I were looking for, and executed all that was promised. Was very accommodating, the project was done quickly and more important, correctly. Would certainly recommend Charles to others!

Charles gave us a quote, discussed the size and he seemed really upbeat and "Charming Charley". Work started 2 weeks after schedule. Charles was extremely unprofessional, did NOT keep to the size discussed and slyly entered the smaller size in the contract. Ignores for days on end, than threatens legal action; has a bad temper and lies more that says truth. Avoid this company for your own health!

Quality work - excellent outcome! After a few delays in the starting date our driveway was done with Ricon pavers. The job looks very professional and the workers were diligent and cleaned up after each day.. The salesman, Gordon gave us his number as did the owner Charles. Both were pleasant young men who responded when we had questions or concerns.

I won't lie that I was nervous throughout the whole job bc thats me but once it was complete I was so relieved! They installed a beautiful 5ft wall with stairs down the middle and a circular patio on the top section.It was better then what I imagined! Charlie came and helped us plan everything out, practically held my hand through it all, the secretaries and Nicole always called to keep me updated on everything from the permits passing to the scheduling of inspections. They even came and worked on Labor Day to try to finish the project quicker for us! I would %100 recommend stone and patio professionals to a friend.

Called to get a quote for my front steps and walkway to my back yard. Charles responded right away and came out the next day. He answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. The job started on time and kept me up to date with all aspects of the project. His guys were very professional and polite. They cleaned the project site extremely well and the project came out amazingly. I would recommend Stone and Patio Professionals to anyone.

I hired Stone & Patio Professionals to install a front and back walkway, along with a backyard patio with a fire pit and sitting wall. Our salesman, Ronny was knowledgeable, worked within our budget, and even threw in a free fire pit to sweeten the deal. The front walkway was completed within a 1 1/2 days. The second phase of the project was delayed to rain. When able Stone & Patio Professionals returned to demo the backyard and began to lay the base. Again, the skies opened and Stone & Patio Professionals wasn't able to work for several days. The project came out better than thought. The mason was very precise with his cuts and the office was very informative about the process. I can't wait to enjoy my fire pit this fall.
