I called Taylormade Landscapes to convert my front lawn to a SNWA water smart landscape that would qualify for the SNWA rebate. Jamel Taylor walked through the project with me, listening to what I wanted to do and the plants I like, and making suggestions of better plant placement due to high sun locations. Jamel was friendly, professional and took time to explain what to expect going forward. His itemized quote and detailed information assured me that I was in good hands. His crew was just as impressive, arriving on time in matching logoed shirts--professional and hardworking all day long. The production manager answered any questions I had throughout the process and made me very comfortable with the decision I made to go with Taylormade Landscapes for my project! I explained the HOA had to approve the project and he made certain everyting was neat and tidy each evening when the crew left. They transformed my yard in three days. Two months later and the plants look great, my carpet roses have started to bloom, and I couldn't be happier with my new carefree front yard! I emailed when I had a small leak, a technician came over and replaced an emitter that had come off and the problem was fixed quickly and under warranty! Jamel and his workers are wonderful. Upon first meeting with Jamel I really appreciate that he videoed the area and made verbal notes. He talked to me about what we were looking to do, as well as what our budget was. From there he was able to provide us an estimate. In order for Jamel to write up digital plans and HOA paper work, he does require a 1,000 deposit. Can’t say I blame him since it’s a lot of work and at that point you might as well be invested. His plans were easy to envision with the 3D replicas, as well as the drawn out plans. He provided all the necessary documentation for the HOA and it was not a problem to get approved. It was approved with no changes. Most impressive is how fast and how diligent his staff works. Jamel’s employees are respectful, hardworking, and clean up after everything they do. The entire time they were working on our yard they continuously worked. There was no moving “slowly” to occupy more time, or sitting around for long breaks. There were here to get a job done and that’s what they were doing. We loved them so much we got them donuts twice. It’s nice to have such respectful and hardworking people working on your home that you know would do the same job for their own families or friends. Our finished backyard looks amazing! We love it. It is everything we hoped for and matches our home perfectly. Jamel’s guidance and great staff made our backyard the modern additional entertaining and living space we had wanted. Jamel’s pricing is reasonable for the quality of work. If you want cheap/questionable work he’s not your guy, but if you want a moderate, yet quality job done, he is your guy. Thank you again! We were extremely pleased with how efficiently and professionally Taylormade completed our backyard. We needed a company who could meet a quickly approaching deadline for an upcoming wedding and Jamel and his crew met that deadline, quickly building us the perfect setting with artificial grass, a living area, and plants and vines to welcome our guests.

I thought they did a great job! Although I was out of town when Project was done, my neighbor who was a contractor kept an eye for me and inspected the work. As well, they sent many pictures and called myself and my spouse daily. The paving and plants were beautiful and they did it within days and cleaned up every day. They also did the job within the budget and did not charge for extra work such as plants for the front yard. Billing was very accurate, timely and office staff courteous and efficient. Would definitely use and recommend them again.
