Thank you Jansen Group for a beautiful yard. The workers were polite, clean, efficient and hard workers. Management team was very pleasant to work with. My yard looks fabulous , great combination of trees, shrubs, rocks, boulders, stepping stones and grass. Beautiful balance of all the product and open creativity when changes were needed. I would hire them again in a minute!!!

Our project was unfortunately delayed and took nearly 2 months to complete. Numerous items on our plan needed to be redone and sub contractors were unreliable. Original project ideas were not quite actualized but the overall design & implementation was well done. Adam did make concerted efforts to correct the errors and get the project back on track. We devised a plan to correct the issues and he didn't hesitate to make us happy. The new site supervisor worked exceptionally hard and was able to complete the project properly. Unfortunately it was an enduring process that was poorly managed by the previous site supervisor which delayed the project completion.

We had the good fortune to work with The Jansen Group this summer on a compete transformation of our backyard. The entire backyard was redone including the installation of an engineered retaining wall, beautiful stone patio, fencing and compete plantings from perennials to shrubs to deciduous trees to several 8 foot spruce trees. Adam's team included a landscape designer and a professional engineer. His onsite crew was unbelievably professional. The completed project far surpassed our expectations. Adam worked with us to design a backyard that we could not have even imagined. I would have no hesitation to retain Adam and his team on any subsequent project.

We hired The Jansen Group for our landscaping needs and we have no regrets. The guys worked long hard hours a where very professional. It was a new build so we needed design ideas with professional input on proper placing and materials to be used. Adam the owner and his designer put together something way better then I even imagined. Because our project was so big he helped us plan out our design in 2 parts to insure we had our priorities first and to make sure we stayed on budget. He was here for every meeting and was on site regularly to ensure proper quality and turnover. We have dealt with multiple companies building our home and he is by far one of my favorite to have worked with. He was always there to answer my call. When we build again he will be the person we call to do the job. If you are still undecided on the landscaper for you. Give him a call just for consultation and you will see what I mean by him being professional and knowing his scope of work in and out. I have added some images but sadly they only allow 4 pictures so you can not see front or side of the house which consist of multiple trees, shrubs, pathways, sitting areas and even more oversized boulders.

We hired The Jansen Group in the summer of 2016 to do the hardscaping portion of our landscaping. We already had a landscape plan from a local landscape architect, and this is what Adam used to develop a a very detailed quote for us. We really like the fact that the price was guaranteed not to increase unless the scope of the project changed. This gave us peace of mind that even though some things may not go as planned, we wouldn't be on the hook to cover extra costs. For example, the boulders we chose to put around our patio and throughout the yard weren't available, so Adam suggested a different (and more expensive) boulder, which, in the end, looked better, and we weren't responsible to cover the overages. We also liked the fact that Adam and his crew were willing to do whatever it took to make the client happy. We had a situation where some of the landscape edging wasn't exactly how we wanted it, but Adam came back 3 times to ensure we were happy with the final product. Adams prices were competitive and in the end did a very nice job on our yard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We were very impressed with the work Jansen Landscaping did in completely redeveloping our back yard last summer. The yard is hardly recognizable. We asked Adam to follow a landscaping design plan that we had drawn up for us, and they did an amazing job. Their quote was much more reasonable than other companies we looked at hiring, and we can't imagine that it could have been done any better. The work was also on schedule which was important to us as well. We have already recommended this company to several friends and neighbors and they have all been happy with their work too.

Really BAD customer service, I hired them for a service and unfortunately after a week I found the wood quality they bought for me is actually bad quality and I am already seeing uneven wood walls they created, bad nails and broken wood. I would stay away from jansen landscaping for real.

Jansens were carrying out work for a neighbour of mine. I approached the workers who gave me the contact number for Adam, the owner. Adam came to my house that night and gave me a very good price to lay a new front lawn. I had recently had a large pine tree removed from the front lawn and also dug a trench across it to lay in an electrical cable. There was no doubt that I had the worst front lawn on the street. Within in three days Adams crew had scraped, levelled, laid new top soil and a new lush green lawn. I have no hesitation in saying that I now have the best lawn in the entire area. I have commended them to other people and family members considering yard work.
