Todd’s did a great job at our home. They tore out and replaced bushes in the front of the house. Removed some beds and seeded them instead. They created a beach area for us back by the lake. They replaced a deck with a new trex deck. They started and finished the job when they said they would. They were great about working with us and changing parts of our plan mid job. Jared and his crew were friendly and polite. Patrick was always available to take our calls and answer questions. Really any of the guys that were at the house were great - I can’t remember all their names. We highly recommend them. We know we will be using them for future projects. Thanks Todd’s for making this such a pleasant experience.

My husband and I had two projects completed by Todd's Services. The first project was landscaping in the front that was installed last fall. Todd's fixed one issue in early spring and then when the landscaping filled with weeds, they didn't come to fix it as promised in the fall. I made numerous calls and was treated rudely by several people. I had to hire another company to fix the mess that was left for us. On the waterfront project, the crew dumped plant waste and materials on another part of our waterfront. When I let a "quality control" person know, no one came or called. I had to replace the damaged plants myself and haul away bags on yard waste myself. For the money that we paid for these projects, we should have better service and results. We put a 50% deposit down, and waited to pay the balance as we thought we were going to get the problems resolved. Instead, they sent us to small claims court for the full amount of the contract and disregarded the deposit. We never had the waterfront repaired. Avoid this company!

I had Josh Robinson come to my house to give me an estimate to re-do some of the flower beds around my house, that we’re getting out of control after 20 years of the beds my wife and I put in. He was very helpful in helping me decide which beds to re-do, and had a professional drawing made up with the plant lay-out. After making the decision, the crew of men came out and proceeded to remove old materials from the site, and install all of the plants. I decided to put in egg-rock instead of mulch, and that was installed after plants were in. The crew he sent out was very neat and efficient for the whole job, including clean-up and repairing any problems in the yard. They also smoothed my driveway when thy completed the job!! I don’t remember their names but they did a beautiful job. I would be happy to let anyone see this project, to help them in making the decision I made. Thanks Josh and crew, it looks beautiful, and I’m sure that my deceased wife would love it too!’❤️

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS this company has been at my house for 3 months and has not even got the kitchen bar done. What a horrible position they have me in. I was told last year that this project would be done by mid June and it’s now about to be July and there is no end in sight. Please take this review and consider it before you end up like me.

Great company! They were about a month beyond the promised start date as a result of being understaffed, but all's well that end's well, and it did! Patrick Duffy (landscape designer) was very helpful, and the crew that handled the project performed quite efficiently.

You have always provided a “no-questions-asked” response to the few maintenance items that I requested that you take care of. Your service employees are very professional and friendly, and did an incredible job of repairing the issues and completely cleaning up when completed. I must say that Todd’s Services, Inc is one of Michigan’s premier full-service landscaping services. From the sales and design staff, to the installation crew, and now the maintenance personnel have been a very satisfying and painless experience. I have gotten many complements on my yard, with all of the unique features that you implemented for me. I am glad I put my trust in you, and would not hesitate to call on you for any future work.

I was looking for a full service landscaping company. Someone who could design and install both the front and back yard landscaping. In addition to irrigation, sod, plants and trees I also wanted a deck, pavers, stamped concrete, built-in barbeque and fire pit. I extensively searched the web and went to home improvement shows. After reviewing Todd’s Landscaping Services web page I contacted them for a design consultation. Their expert designer consultant did an incredible job preparing 3D rendering of how the landscaping project would look. After reviewing the documents, I immediately hired them. Once my new home had final grading done, Todd’s Landscaping Services promptly came out and started the project. The project supervisor made helpful suggestions on how certain things might be tweaked in order to have an even more aesthetically pleasing landscape. The entire project was finished on-time. It is amazing how close it looks to the 3D rendering. Each member of the various crews was completely professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. A special shout-out to Matt, Frankie, Doug, Kevin, Mike, and the rest of the crew that made my dream come true.

Mike Pohl has handled our irrigation system and lighting for 22 years. He is the consummate professional while being the most friendly and helpful person we have worked with.
