I was very excited with the design but after I signed the contract, I waited for 2 weeks with no acknowledgement of having received the contract. Called and left a message, Ryan called me back 4 days later but did not have his scheduling book and said he would call back. did not call back so I waited another week and then called again, he said he had told my husband it would be at least 10 days. So we waited another 10 days. The work they did was very nice, but I asked for low maintenance because it was on a hill and 2 weeks after installation, we had tons of weeds. I called and left another message, he sent someone out about 4 days later to weed, said if I wanted weed free I should have done stone in the beds. That is what we originally talked about but he said the mulch would be fine., I also noticed that the shrubs in the bed were not the ones on the original plans. i asked about that and they came a week later and replaced them with the correct shrubs, but they did not re-dig the holes to line the plants up and they are all over the place. We emailed about that and another 7 days later they came and moved them, but the mulch on the bed is so thin, the weeds are growing again. I would not recommend them, the project cost over $2000, I feel the work should have been professional and communication should have been prompt.
