United Lawnscape was an amazing company to work with for all services they arranged and provided and our results are outstanding! Before this, we only had existing sod, sprinklers, and a back patio at our property and wanted to design our front yard and side yard. We worked with an incredible landscape designer named Cameron. His experience and customer service was like no other contractor in this space that we had worked with in previous work from other companies. He designed a beautiful layout and could answer questions with a true depth of knowledge that comes from his years of experience. It was also especially helpful that he was able to be our single source of communication for all the teams that worked on our home. It was a seamless process and we knew when everyone was coming for each stage. Every specialty contractor that worked on our job was fabulous and completed their work with a true attention to detail and quality that gave us a lot of peace of mind. Even after the job was done, Cameron remained in contact with us to check up on installed landscape and advise on future care. We were so impressed with our experience with United that we have already had them back for a second round of landscaping (driveway pavers, landscape lighting, and more trees/shrubs).

My husband and I had our complete landscape done by United Lawnscape. We had a new construction project, so we just had dirt to work with. The initial gentleman that came out, Justin, was polite but bad with follow up. I persitantly called to get information from him with luck. Eventually after calling the main office I was notified he was no longer with the company. They were very apologetic and informed me the way things were being handled is now how they conduct business. I decided to let them prove that to me and continued to work with them. I was set up with Jeremy to finish out our project. He was absolutely wonderful! I responded to concerns and questions almost immediately. He even called me on his vacation to make sure my pre landscape meeting was set up around my schedule. Bethany in the office was also very helpful throughout the remainder of our project. They definitely proved that they were worth hiring. We love our landscape!! It's absolutely goregous. They also came back out for a follow up concern almost immediately. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

The landscapers are very professional looking with the uniforms they wear and work hard for United landscaping. They do a great job and take pride in their work even when people aren't watching! They are blessed to work with top of the line equipment which is taken care of well! Good job to the entire company!

Unfortunately, we encountered a very unsatisfactory experience with United Lawnscape and I rarely write reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary. We were asking for an estimate for a complete redesign of backyard landscaping as a new 2-tier stamped concrete patio was installed last season replacing a 14' x 20' wood deck. Requested design & landscaping services. Also, needed east and west sides of the home grading redone with new sod installation as well as landscape design & plan. Front of home work requested was roughly a 50 ft area of lawn needed removal, grade built up, and sod replaced. Roughly, a $10,000 project. I called initially to setup an appointment for an estimate, receptionist was very welcoming & pleasant on the phone and advised I should receive a call by the next day. I did receive a call the following day from “Justin”, who apparently was one of their estimators. We scheduled a day/time for him to come to our home and he was a ½ hour late without any phone call whatsoever. Ok, overlooked that. His first question as we headed to the major part of the job was if our current image on Google Earth included our existing 2-tier patio and I said yes. That was my mistake because he spent no more than 15 minutes at our home. Took no measurements, made no notations of materials and plants I wanted in the quote even though I gave him a spreadsheet with the plant pictures and names. Also, provided him with 2 types of stone I wanted priced out to make our decision on which to use. This appointment took place at the beginning of the work week and he promised a quote by the end of the business week (Friday). Heard nothing by Friday, so decided to email Justin to see when an estimate would be available for me. No response until Wednesday the following week when he promised AGAIN to have an estimate to me by Close of Business that day! You guessed it, no response AGAIN! So, decided to give him a week to respond considering that we are now entering their busy quoting season and projects are beginning to break ground. Nothing received, so once again I emailed him asking for some type of response even if it was a “NO QUOTE” meaning they aren’t interested in the project. It’s been a week now and no response. So sad though, I grew up in Washington Township (not far from their home office) and try to support the businesses that many of my old high school friends now own in that area, BUT Justin and his lack of consideration & professionalism forced me to support a competitor of theirs from a neighboring town with my business. I guess a project costing $10,000 is not worth United Lawnscape’s time nor enough profit to do work in a township where homes value 300k – 500k as opposed to Washington’s 600k+ home values. I know this because family still lives in the area and has used United in the past, but with them following my experience on this project they will no longer be utilizing United’s services either. This, I’m sure doesn’t mean much to the business, but sometimes word of mouth should be considered when the business decides to send our representatives upon their behalf. Such a shame, I really wanted to give United a chance for the business.

The crew was extremely professional and the job was excellent. We were more than pleased with the quality of the work and the follow-up.

Can't say enough good things about this exceptional company. Sam and the whole United lawnscape team from day one put all their knowledge, hard work and dedication into the project, making sure to go above and beyond anyone's expectations. The results are breathtaking!! Look no further for all your landscaping needs. United is the one to call no questions asked. Give them a try you definitely won't be disappointed.

We worked with Diane from United to design the front landscape for our newly built home. We were looking for something unique that made a statement without being gaudy. At our initial meeting we discussed likes/dislikes and budget. Diane's design was spot on, we didn't change a thing. The install team was top notch as well. We are very pleased with the look and continue to receive many compliments.

Upon first contact with Sam from United I trusted his company. He was responsible and true to his word. After our initial conversation, as he made me aware, a landscaper called me within 4 hours to set up a time. Every question and request, phone call and text, Sam was kind, friendly and solved the situation. He is an outstanding businessman. In regards to the work United provided, it was beyond our expectations. Our request was to remove over 2000 square feet of invasive pachysandra in our front yard. Other companies wanted to use an herbicide but we were against this. United was able to discuss the option of hand digging the invasive plant and I was overjoyed! I was so thrilled that we could keep our landscape project environmentally safe while trying to remove the plant and grow grass. To date we have beautiful lush green grass without the use of an herbicide. United crew work so very hard to HAND DIG every plant to the root. I am so very thankful and happy with our lawnscape. Fantastic service, they answered all of our questions. Everyone was friendly and walked us through the whole process step by step. Wonderful value for the money. Would most defiantly recommend again.

United really understands customer service, quality, timing and overall customer experience. Their designs are current and classic, their plant quality and material quality is top notch. Their crew comes the day they say they are, and work hard all day. Their prices are competitive and every dollar spent was worth it, my home looks incredible. Amazing experience!

United did the landscaping on our new house. They did a complete install and did a great job. We get many compliments on how beautiful our landscaping looks. We had a designer from United who also worked as the project manager. Jennifer worked with our requirements and came up with the perfect design for us. We would recommend United to our friends and family.

We've worked with United on several projects. Most recent was the complete install of a full landscape plan in our backyard (11 trees + shrubs + irrigation adjustments). They did a great job with design, and their installation team is top notch - on time, friendly, and left no trace after cleanup. United has been incredibly responsive to necessary adjustments and a warranty replacement for one of our trees (this was a brutal summer for planting). We recommend them to anyone with landscaping needs - whether it's a few items or a complete design project.
