We had VIP landscaping (i.e., Wes Maggard) do a refresh of our tired (and tiresome) plants, replace a couple of poorly performing trees, and design updated outdoor lighting to replace the system that took a lightning strike last year. Without going into tiresome detail, Wes listened, designed, ran interference with the HOA, and kept all his written and unwritten promises. The last time I had this much work done (by a different company) my yard was a disaster for two weeks. For this evolution, the VIP crew completed everything to my total satisfaction in 2 and a half days. Absolutely worth what I paid. I highly recommend.

Wes spent a lot of time with me in planning and finding out what I wanted to have in my backyard. He helped me choose the pavers, the plants, the decorative rocks, the lighting and bollards, decorative planter pots, and artificial turf that would look best for my backyard. We included lighting bollards from NightscapingUSA that provide dramatic shadows at night. Wes incorporated all our desires into a final design that Wes and the crew worked from to complete the backyard project. Wes and the crew are extremely hard workers. We had VIP landscaping completely landscape our front and back yard, including concrete and pavers, raised decking, new irrigation and lighting. From the very beginning of the process until the end of the process, VIP landscaping demonstrated great professionalism in all aspects of their planning and execution of the work. Wes (owner of VIP landscaping) and his men were on time every day and kept us fully informed of what was accomplished on a daily basis. When we decided to make a few changes along the way, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. We loved how VIP Landscaping did our backyard 5 years ago and so when it was time for changes based on how we were using the space, we called them again. Wes came over and really listened to what we wanted and shared some suggestions as well. I explained how I loved the look of the holiday lights in the bushes and wanted the look to be permanent. Within a few days of his visit we received the quote for the dog run upgrade, cement pad, and walkway, install of a Crepe Myrtle, and wall lights. The crew was wonderful as they were careful of the existing landscape and furniture, tidy, and answered questions we had regarding what was happening. The foreman went over where the water connections had changed, how the lighting was wired and where, and extra care for the new tree. Wes was super to work with, understands what works in our desert, and willing to share how to keep our yard looking great. We are loving the new look and space! Wes incorporated all of our desires into the final design. Throughout the project Wes gave us the feeling that he cared about how our project turned out as much as we did. The crew was very responsive to our questions and if they did not know the answer they immediately video chatted with Wes and gave us an answer. Wes was responsive to not only our requests but was prompt on returning calls, texts and emails. Now that the project has been completed, they have been available to handle minor repairs and changes. The work done from this landscaping company was done with the highest and most professional standards. Their expert advice was very much appreciated . They spent alot of time with me in planning and finding out what I wanted to have in my front yard. They helped me choose the plants and the decorative rocks that would look best for my front yard. They were very flexible with changes in the design plans and were easily able to accommodate me by adding more items I needed to have in my front yard as they worked on this landscaping project. I realized that I needed a stone sidewalk that they installed from my driveway to the side of my house where I store my garbage cans. They completed a nice wide sidewalk with attractive stone pavers and a nice roomy platform for my garbage cans. The end result from all their hard work and professional planning turned out to be a pride and joy for me to treasure and be proud of. I can now appreciate a beautifully landscaped yard with the plants and decorative features that make my home a special place for me to live for many years to come.
