“We had a custom home built during 2013 and near the end of construction, we were introduced through our builder, to Brian Beresford of Bearmark Design. He helped us with many deisions and planning of our property. Due to having a water run off "creek" on the property, we were obligated by the district to remove the concrete lined creek area, and had very specific replacement requirements, with only native plants within the setback. Brian and his crew did a beautiful job on the side yard and creek, dealt directly with the district, and was very helpful, knowlegable and accommodating with regards to the overall landscaping scope. Brian was always prompt to return calls or come to the house if we wanted further conversations. We would not hesitate to recommend Bearmark Design or use Brian again on future projects.
