“There are many outstanding reviews for Rob, Colleen, Tim and Zak and the beautiful builds that Meanix has completed. I can only echo those very same sentiments for our walkway and landscaping project recently completed. It is beautiful and beyond our expectations . But why did I select Meanix? I requested and received four bids for our project. Meanix wasn't the high- or low-end bid. My experience has been the high bids you generally end up paying for costs that are immaterial to your project (e.g., marketing). Low bids tend not to be well thought out resulting in either disappointment, additional monies spent or both. I selected Rob and Colleen for who they are as people, genuine, professional and interested in our vision. Rob was the only contractor who assessed the property around the house, saw the drainage issues that we knew of and were experiencing, questioned the stability of the cement-based porch and could only include a base quote for the porch rebuild subject to change after getting under the slate top. He was open and honest with his assessment and bid. Certainly looking at all the beautiful work from previous jobs was great and contributed to our decision. But it is Rob who recognized the issues and spoke openly and honestly about the work that sold me on he and his team. That is the type of person I want working on my behalf. If you select Meanix you will not be disappointed and most likely "couldn't be happier" with the enhancement to your home.”

They have assisted me with planting flowers and with general trimming of shrubbery and trees. Greg Chakar, owner of Arborvine, has always been very accessible for discussing projects. Last summer, we had an outdoor party to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We worked closely with Greg to make sure our lawn and landscaping looked its very best on that weekend. His prices are very reasonable.”
