I hired ZebraScapes to trim 2 trees. A large locust and a small pear tree. To make a long story short, we were not satisfied with the work as it was not complete. Water sprouts were missed on both trees. Several larger branches that were headed towards neighboring properties were not trimmed at all, which was the primary reason for trimming the locust tree. It seemed as if the crew was not properly informed about the details of this job. I sent multiple emails to have my concerns addressed which were completely ignored. I withheld final payment hoping that this would spur a response, even if the response was, we did job, pay the bill, lady. Instead, I received complete silence. I did pay the bill and still, days later, no follow up. Sadly, I will not be a repeat customer nor can I recommend Zebrascapes.

I contacted ZebraScapes LLC to replace the two timers for my drip system and to check the drip system for repair, if necessary. Gary quoted $315.00 total which included the timers at a cost of about $45.00 each. He also said one of the drip locations would should have 3 drip heads, not just the one that was there already. Curtis said it only needed one. To me, this means less work to be done. I did approve the quote based on the amount of work Gary had said was needed. Date set. Curtis to arrive at 7:00 AM. He showed up at 8:AM. Found out he had to pick up the timers. No call to let me know. Not Professional!! They did replace the timers & run a test. A small repair was needed on one of the drip locations. All told it took approx 20 min. I contacted the office to ask about the final bill. Was told it would be the $315.00 quoted even tho it only took 20 min. Was told the timers were $90.00 each, not the $45.00 Gary stated. I checked cost of the exact timer online and they were priced from $57 to $67. Talked to Valerie to find out why the cost was so much higher than what Gary had said. Was told "well, you know we have our mark up ". What I did not know was that the MARKUP was going to be so much higher than what Gary said!! Also was NOT told they quote by how much time they think the job will take. Valerie said they allotted 2 hours and that is what I will pay for. Nowhere in their quote is this explained.

I recently purchased a vacation home in Prescott and was in need of landscapers to weed and for general maintenance on my property. I remembered seeing an ad for ZebraScapes and decided to give them a call. I currently have a monthly maintenance program set up with them and have recently hired them to do additional work. This work included fixing my clogged downspouts and setting up a paver pad, steps, and walkway for the installation of my new AZ hot tub. They completed the work ahead of schedule and did a FANTASTIC job! They also worked well coordinating with my electrician by digging a trench for the new electrical panel needed for the hot tub and they worked well with the AZ Hot Tub Company in regards to the size and site needed for the hot tub install. Their pricing is what I expected and similar to what I pay my landscapers in IL. Everyone has been professional, kind, and easy to work with and I appreciate that very much!

The work was done in a very accommodating way to me and my wife. They worked from morning to evening. We are happy with the way the projects turned out and the way they look.

We had our rotten, uneven, wooden stairs in the back of the house replaced with brick and flagstone steps. We have 3 levels, so there were 2 sets of step, first level with 5 and second level with 12. They now look OUTSTANDING! When we first contacted ZebraScapes, Rodney came out the following day to give us an estimate. We were shocked that they could start the next week as many other quotes we received took weeks and the work would have been scheduled out months. Within a week, we had our new steps and they look fantastic! The crew was extremely professional and did and excellent job cleaning up the area after each day. They even blew the flagstone dust off our neighbor's patio. We would NOT hesitate to hire ZebraScapes again and highly recommend them!

There are many landscape companies you can choose from. They will all tell you they will do a wonderful job and that the results will be beautiful. I have had experience with several and ZebraScapes (ZS) is, by far, the best. We got several quotes for our backyard landscaping. We chose ZS because we liked their design, but most importantly, we trusted the people we were dealing with. This was very important to us and we knew ZS would stay on the job until we were completely satisfied. ZS has a certified horticulturist (that teaches at a local university) that contacted us and personally took us to a nursery. He reviewed ALL of the trees and plants we wanted on our landscaping and provided us with an amazing amount of detailed information on each species. He made many recommendations to us that we welcomed and helped us with our selections. This is a personalized service that we found unique and priceless. The laborers that worked on our yard were all very courteous and humble. We enjoyed having them on our premise. The field supervisors were attentive and polite and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The end result is amazing as you can see from the pictures. Our project was on time and on budget too. We absolutely love our backyard and we highly recommend ZebraScapes!
