“Robbins Contracting built our home in Berthoud, CO as a spec home. We chose to purchase that home because we fell in love with the open floor plan of the main floor- kitchen and living room space. We also loved the vaulted ceilings and beautiful finishes throughout the home. One think I also really loved about that home is the walk in closets in every room. Our master bath was very beautiful and spacious. The wood trim set the home apart from other new homes we saw.”

“We hired Lee Barker in August 2015 to do our main floor remodel and add a covered patio. We had to wait till Jan. 2016 before he could start our project. It was worth the wait. He did a fabulous job for us. He was professional and worked hard at getting all the sub contractors on our job. After a year long project it's done and we are enjoying every minute in our home. If we were ever to remodel again or build a new home Lee Barker is the builder that we would want. We highly recommend his firm. Dan & Kay Scharch”

“Spanjer Homes built our house. The overall experience was very rewarding. From concept to completion everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Working with Barb was fun and she always kept our budget in mind. I never felt we were pushed to make any decision that would have negatively impacted our design or our budget. Steve always provided a wealth of information when we asked a technical question regarding insulation or the structure of the house. Everyone who works at Spanjer Homes made us feel like we were a part of their family. We are excited for phase 2!”

“Martin Homes is a fantastic homebuilder in Northern Colorado! We moved to Colorado from Virginia 9 years ago and bought a semi-custom house in Poudre River Ranch that was built by Martin Homes. Our Poudre house had lovely features and quality craftsmanship. Andrew Martin was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any issues or needs we had. Two years ago we sold that house and hired Martin Homes to build us a custom house in Windsor. We love our new home!!! The Martin Homes team went above and beyond while building our house; exceptional professionalism, expertise, communication, and organization. Andrew Martin walked us through every detail of the building process. Construction was done seamlessly with few problems or delays. The final product - a beautiful home with many custom touches and details. We're so grateful we bought a Martin Home all those years ago and established a great relationship with Andrew. The decision to build a custom home 2 years ago was easy, and comforting knowing we had a trusting and highly skilled builder/team to do the job.
