“This husband and wife team are amazing! They have unbelievable talent and are so personable. Benavides Design House turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful space complete with an art room for the kids, spare bedroom, entertainment room, pool table/game room and a wine cellar wall. They did renderings for us ahead of time so that we could really see what our space would look like. They sat down with us and made sure we were comfortable and got to know our style before they made recommendations. They were flexible enough to put up with our last minute change of heart on a few decisions. They were also very responsive to our calls and emails throughout the process. Plus when we first moved to the South Jersey area, we paid almost double the hourly fee for a designer so we consider BDH to be very competitively priced. You can not go wrong with this talented pair!!”

We hired her to design our living room and it is now our most favorite place to spend time in our home. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and has been a pleasure to work with. “AnneMarie was recommended by a good friend. She was super responsive and flexible. I had no real vision and, despite that, she remained kind and very patient with me. She came over many, many times. She measured everything herself, created digital floor plans/layouts, assembled a variety of potential looks and presented them smartly, handled the procurement (specs, ordering, delivery, storage) and full installation and punch list. I got to use her amazing discounts. Not really sure what more I could have requested. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend her!!!”

“Lisa has decorated my entire home, and designed my basement, pergola, cabana, and outdoor landscaping. She is a perfectionist and it shows. I continuously get compliments on my home that even though it is large, it is so warm and inviting. I am so completely confident in Lisa's work that when I need something done in my home, and let her know and she takes care of it. I don't feel that I need to look at what she picks out because she knows my taste and has always done beautiful work. “My husband and I recently bought a modest sized home and were overwhelmed with the idea of decorating it. I'm obsessed with Pinterest and looking up DIY home ideas, but I knew this called for a professional eye. We knew that we loved classical traditional but our budget wasn't huge and we had to find the right person who could understand our style and work within our means. We looked forever and couldn't find the right person. In walks Jessy Krol. I can't say enough about her. The minute we met her we were at ease. From the photos of other homes she has done, I was sure she was out of our league but I was mistaken. She was sensible, laid back but firm with helping us come up with a game plan so that in a course of time, we can slowly build up the interior to create our dream home. She was able to use the items we already had, add some new things and work with us to create a gorgeous home. I am beyond thrilled! Our foyer, living and dining room were a first priority and she knew exactly what to do to without over selling anything and never pressuring us to go over budget. I'm in love with my dining room table and it's not something I would ever had thought to pick out! Some ideas she had were so out of the box and worked perfectly to make our space even larger and more suitable to our lifestyle. She was always available to us for questions and even gave us tips for other rooms. Many times I even texted her from HOMEGOODS to ask her about what towels to buy and if she liked a lamp for my daughter's room. We had a blast working with her and can't wait to do the master bedroom! I just have to convince the hubby for round 2 :)”
