“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. “We hired Rich Kemp to redo our kitchen after a previous contractor had started, made a mess, and then flew the coop with our money-and the job not done. He was very professional, easy to work with, and just a great guy. Everyone at his company was just as nice and accommodating throughout the entire process. We never worried that they were working in our house in Naples while we were home in PA; they really were awesome, and worked very efficiently and cleanly. I can't say enough good things about the work they did; I have an amazing kitchen that I am so thrilled to cook in and entertain in now. Their work was very detail-oriented, and they kept us updated on the progress with phone calls and pictures. A few months later, we had them put in a new front door, that is also amazing. I can't wait to get to Naples every time just to see that door!!! We are heading down in a few days to make arrangements for them to redo our bathrooms, and I can't wait to see what an amazing job they'll do.”

“MDB did a complete renovation on our condo at La Mer on the beach in 2012. Our guests have commented on how beautiful and how well done the job is. MDB was very professional and Michael, the owner, helped us in the selection process of counter tops, plumbing fixtures, etc. We were pleased with the finished product and how he helped us save money. In fact, we have recently purchased a new unit in the same building and will begin a remodel in that one beginning in June. After interviewing a couple of candidates, we chose MDB to do the new job. If our experience in the new job is as good as the last one, then we will have made a very good decision on choosing MDB.”
