“After a few false starts with others in the area, Keystone has been a breath of fresh air, with timely service, reasonable rates, and great customer service. It's also clear that Keystone's technical advice is very sound. Being an engineer, my curiosity can be unwelcome in technical areas, but Ven has helped me fully understand the merits of his work. He's also helped our builder bring solid plans to reality, with little of the friction you might expect between architect and builder. Working with Keystone has been a rare pleasure in today's world; not only has the quality, cost and thoroughness of Keystone's work been excellent, but their sense of urgency has helped keep our rehab project timeline intact.”

“All of the installations we have done with Jeri have been to the highest quality. She is one of our favorite contractors to work with. When she has a vision, she can bring any room to life. She really knows exactly where every thing needs to be installed to really bring out the character in the room. We really enjoy everything from the light fixtures she picks out, too where she says the TV should be placed, or even the can lighting layout. “I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

We are blessed to have met Ryan and 42º North to help educate us on the process, and point out specific things we never thought of. Ryan has been the single most important asset in our home-build process – not only designing us a house we absolutely love, but also looking out for our best interests when dealing with other parties, such as builders, vendors, etc. The integrity that the guys at 42º North have is rare, and something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. They are swift to hold your hand through the process, and the design work is top-notch. Ryan’s communication is also amazing, making the process with him stress-free and easy going. 42º North is the only architecture firm we will ever recommend and use should we decide to build again.
