Chris did not ask for a refund. He held us hostage for it. I met him at his house that morning with seemingly no issues. He then left and left us with some people that were staying at his house. Upon completion. I asked for payment and the man at the house that was left to pay me told me that he was instructed not to pay us unless there was a discount! This is not something that we take lightly. We were held hostage at his house. I talked to Chris about giving him the HDMI cable and he told me again that this was fine and he seemed happy. Chris seems to be bold on here but not in person.
Lastly, I do not have Chris’ phone number saved in my phone so if for some reason I “swiped to voicemail” then I must have been in a meeting or working on another clients houses. I did not receive a voicemail nor a text from him regarding the matter and this is the first I am hearing about a fuse or any other issues there.
Chris had you have been bold enough to ask for a discount Before we got started I would have happily given you one even though I had nothing to do with the delays and I did not receive a discount. You have my cell phone an my email and you have chosen this method for communicating that you are having an issue?
Chris has since been serviced and the sub that suffered a power surge has been picked up.
