Ordered a bathroom vanity top, arrived chipped. Replacement was sent, arrived broken in three parts. Had to cancel order. Asked to have damaged vanities to be picked up. I was told by Brittany that I can either "donate or dispose" of the vanities! Who would want damaged, worthless vanities?! Essentially I've been hired to dispose of Bellacor's trash! This is a bad company, BE AWARE!!

We love purchasing products from Bellacor and love working with their entire team. They are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. We have always purchased lights from them, but it was during a recent conversation with their marketing specialist, Wendy Weinert, we learned what an extensive product line they carry; so much more than just lights! As a general contractor and design firm, products such as faucets, mirrors, cabinet hardware, etc. are items we purchase for all of our projects.
If we have ever had a product shipped incorrectly or one that arrived damaged they are very quick to resolve. We highly recommend their products and service. Below are pictures of products we used in our latest renovations.

Buyer beware -- if there is a problem with an item you order from Bellacor, you may not get your money back. I have ordered from them previously, and until my most recent order all items received were in good condition. When I ordered several items for a recent renovation, one arrived damaged. Unfortunately it is now clear that Bellacor will do what they can to ensure that they don't have to take your damaged item back, as evidenced by draconian return policies that require you to photograph damaged items, request to return, and wait and wait for a response which apparently no one reads -- I just received a response to my email containing the photo of the damaged item and was told that I "had not provided the photo of damage as requested" -- no joke. Something is amiss here. I suspect a scam.

I ordered a large framed print by Uttermost. It arrived with the glass shattered and upon opening the box, shards of glass got into my carpet and I even cut myself trying to clean it up. I immediately sent a return request to Bellacor understanding that it takes 3-7 business days to process. After one week I followed up because I did not receive an acknowledgment of my claim. The first time, I spoke with a man who actually tried to be helpful. He had a new picture shipped out that day and said he'd try to expedite my claim with UPS to get the huge box with broken glass out of my house. Another week has gone by and still no word. I did, however, receive the replacement picture and it was fine. I called again today (11 days after the claim) and spoke with a woman who basically told me there is nothing she can do. I have to wait to get an email from Bellacor when they hear from UPS about what to do with the item. I was told if I put the box outside and it is stolen or it rains or for whatever reason it's "damaged" (more than it already is), then I will be responsible for the cost. So I am supposed to wait patiently with a 4'x5' box filled with broken glass in my house (that I have to protect) until Bellacor and UPS decide if I can dispose of it or if they want it back. Should have read the reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned.

Purchased chandelier shades from a few different websites because I wasn’t sure what size would look best. Although the ones from Bellacor were nice I did not choose them so I called to return them. I was told that they are not returnable. When asked why they had no reason. I was told “most of the items on our website are returnable but this particular item is not.” So I asked where it said they weren’t returnable. It turns out there is a LINK on the items page that states in very small print that the item is not returnable. I can’t imagine anyone clicking this link. It makes more sense to assume that when you purchase an item and you don’t want it that it is returnable ... unless it’s on clearance. Very disappointed in the customer service. Now I have 3 shades that I will not use and will go to waste. I would strongly suggest you put NOT RETURNABLE on the items main page to prevent any further issues.

I wish I had read the reviews from Houzz before purchasing from Bellacor. I bought a metal chandelier from their website which I discovered was bent in several places after my husband began installing it. I immediately called Bellacor's customer service and they had me email them pictures and then sent me an authorization code assuring me that my money would be refunded in full since it was delivered damaged. However, when my refund finally posted on my credit card, they had deducted $21 for return shipping. When I called customer service to rectify the error, I was told that the manufacturer had told them that the light fixture was made that way intentionally and that it wasn't damaged (it doesn't look that way at all in the website photo); therefore, I had to pay the return shipping. I pointed out that they looked at the pictures and agreed that the fixture was damaged and told me to return it for a full refund. The customer service representative refused to honor their return authorization and also refused my request to have a supervisor call me as she claimed to be "one of the supervisors." While it's only $20 that I'm out, it was my first purchase experience with Bellacor but will definitely be my last.

If there are packing issues, delivery damage, etc. we want to make sure we are addressing these issues with the source to avoid issues on future shipments. We also compared the photos to what we have on the site to ensure everything is listed correctly.
The fixture is as pictured, but this does result in the industrial look the manufacturer intended. The middle of the fixture bends inward which causes the wavy, bent look to some of the pieces.

I bought three beautiful lights for a reasonable price. Because they did not clearly describe the size of the mounting hardware, I was surprised it didn't fit over the standard pancake box in the wall electricians use. I would have holes on the walls next to the lights if I had them installed as is. I called and explained the problem. They wanted to send me overpriced mounting plates that wouldn't solve the problem because they are the exact same mounting plates included. I bought bigger plates on my own own and installed the lights. They look terrible and they don't even work. The arms don't extend back and forth without the whole thing swinging loose and hanging down vertically. I lost hundreds of dollars on these lights.

Terrible experience with a return of a ceiling fan. Waited a long time for the authorization number to return. Dropped it off at a UPS store they designated the day I received the authorization number. Still waiting for a refund, though it has been l8 days since I returned it.

This is one of the worst internet sites for their lack of customer service that I have ever encountered in my 34 years of design work.
My merchandise came in damaged, as it was a previous customer's return that they simply sent off to me. They would not help, they would not discount for my inconvenience, and their customer service rep was beyond rude and snarky. Horrible, horrible experience. If you read other sites, you will see the exact same issues. Stay away at all cost.
