Top-notch light fixtures and customer service. We purchased two Theo 6” fixtures from Cedar & Moss and we couldn’t be happier. We love the style and buying US-made was important to us- the quality is top-notch. They assemble upon order and we paid for expedited assembly. My fixtures shipped faster than expected. Their phone and email customer service blew me away, extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely order from them again!

Hi, We’re from Canada and loved the design and affordability that Cedar and Moss light fixtures offered. We were pretty excited that the company was located and produced their line in the US (Oregon) and shipped to Canada. We went ahead and ordered three fixtures for our kitchen however after only three months, we encountered an issue with one of the fixtures….a burnt out LED light bulb. While we thought this was odd, we nonetheless figured, we’ll just order some replacement bulbs. To our huge disappointment, Cedar and Moss doesn’t offer replacement bulbs for these particular fixtures and their go-to supplier does not ship to Canada. Their customer service representative simply answered “Bummer” to our frustration. Our answer to that is, if you’re Canadian, buyer beware!

From reviewing the products to receiving delivery, my experience of this organisation has been very positive. The products presented excellent value, and I was regularly communicated with in terms of product(s) delivery. Overall an excellent customer experience from an organisation I highly recommend.

This review is for Cedar & Moss. I ordered sconces which one of them had unfitting/defective parts. I contacted them for a replacement which they sent and disappointingly, they were unfitting/defective again. Many weeks later, I received a 3rd replacement which FINALLY works but by this time, I spent hundreds of dollars in calling a professional electrician to install the light three times. I contacted the company throughout this process to get some sort of small compensation/discount for the inconvenience caused by twice defective parts sent, money wasted on calling the electrician multiple times due to their defective parts, and time off work I took to get the light installed each time. I felt it was a fair ask since it was Cedar and Moss' mistakes but I was met with much resistance and rude attitude from their customer representative and when I reached out to her supervisor multiple times, I never received a response. It was such a negative experience that I had to share my review in hopes to spare future buyers from going through a similar experience. Home renovation takes a lot of time, money, and effort, and there are tons of other respectable companies to work with that provide a great experience. I would not waste time sourcing from Cedar and Moss which is a company with poor integrity and unfair customer service.

I would typically never order specialty lighting without seeing the product firsthand but I took a chance since Rejuvenation reps them, and I am a huge fan of this high quality company. In short, I am thrilled. From ordering, responsiveness to my questions--customer service A+- Most important, the product was produced and shipped as promised. Upon receipt, the fixtures had been carefully, almost lovingly, wrapped...and accompanied by a simple but important thank you card-its the little things that differentiate good from great. The product, Alto surface 8", is perfectly crafted. A beautifully executed fixture that blends the mid-century detailing I was seeking with a modern sensibility that makes it current. Yes I will order again, and I absolutely recommend Cedar & Moiss. Thank You!

Cedar & Moss is hands down one of the best local and expanding companies to work with. We used C&M in our 2015 Street of Dreams show home, Serenity, and all of their work turned out beautifully. Being able to work directly with Michelle made the entire process wonderful and painless. There were a few fragile glass pieces that had unfortunately broke in the delivery process, but Michelle made no hesitation to replace the fixture; even offering to deliver the piece to our job site herself. And even though the company was in the middle of moving studios during our project, there was never a moment where we felt neglected in our needs. Michelle and the C&M team know what they're doing, and they're doing it right. Michelle has proven excellent and outstanding customer service, being attentive day in and day out during the process as well as showing pride in her work. Mix that with gorgeous modern light fixtures and you've got a one-of-a-kind and unique look to your home that you will always enjoy and happy to show off. I definitely recommend using Cedar & Moss, you're not only working with and supporting a great local company but you get awesome service along with beautiful design!
