I ordered four ceiling fans and four wall controls. After two weeks, I hadn’t received a response but my credit card was charged. I called and was told by the representative he forgot to submit my order after ensuring it wasn’t fraudulent. He apologized and said I’d receive the order by Fed Ex in five to seven days. I said that wasn’t acceptable because I had installers coming the next day. He told me he’d see if it could be expedited and would call me back. He called back and said I would receive them in two to three days. I didn’t and called on the fourth day. I was told the order was scheduled for delivery the following Monday, the seventh day. I asked to speak to a manager. He apologized and said I could cancel the order. I did. I was surprised he didn’t seem to care that his representative lied to me and didn’t try to retain my business. I wasn’t rude and found it strange. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company. Won’t purchase from them.

They have an amazing selection and the staff is excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bought 4 Kichler fans and 1 Emerson and am very pleased. Highly recommend them.

I have worked directly with the owners Gil and Mark and their long time manager Kevin, and I can honestly say that you won't get better sevice and a warranty anywhere else. It is said that you are only as good as the product you sell, but the Trading Post is far better. They go out of their way to insure that they put out products that last and back them with their reputation and excellent service. Although they have over 200 fans on display, it is still hard these days to compete with the "big box" stores, but If you do your homework, you will find that David sells a much more, functional, quieter, better backed product than Goliath.
