Terrible customer service. Sales rep told me item was able to be returned at no fee as long as we didn’t hook up to our electric. When I brought the item back because it did not fit in my room, they then advise me they could only refund me 40% of what I paid. Spoke to the manager who then refuses to return my calls.

Huge selection of lighting to choose from. We were able to get expert help from a lighting consultant for our purchase of new led lighting and some large diameter fans. The showroom is massive, I have actually never experienced anything like it before, worth seeing if ever in North Miami.

We've been working with Farrey's for years and we couldn't be happy. We lost count of how many projects we did together. They have an excellent selection of lighting and plumbing in a range of prices. They have an amazing show room where you get to see many of the items you might be interested in. My Name is Diego Carrion former Marine, I am currently in the middle of a litigation with this horrible company, I don't see how companies like such maintain in business this long, I purchased a light that was on display pay them $1800.00 for it, Since it was on display they did not even provide me with the original box, rather they gave it to me in a different lighting box, at the moment it was not a problem since we were under the impression this was a quality type and serious business, but I was wrong and since November I have been dealing with them and now I am taking them to court for it, I returned the lights and they are blaming me of damages scratches that were already there it was returned to them 1 week later after purchased, I understood the receipt when it says there will be a re stocking fee, and a credit from the store I was ok with that, but this company does not want to return a penny they had my light since I returned it to them, please to who ever is thinking about purchasing from this company think twice before you do they are not worth what they say and they are unprofessional. There are a lot of different places in the design district much better quality and better service. I hope that they make the right choice. and refund me what they owe me. Diego Carrion
