I’ve installed over 10 of these fixtures and not only have they come scratched but alsways come with improper installation material. Will not order again the worst

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The low quality standards and poor business practices start at the top of the organization and permeate all the way down. I purchased custom lights based on a number of misrepresentations from Hammerton. I made it very clear up front that I was looking for a company that was an expert at both the DESIGN and MANUFACTURING of custom light fixtures. I was told that Hammerton was both. After paying $17,000 for the lights, the only person I worked with at Hammerton was the sales person. I was led to believe there would be numerous iterations with CAD and renderings led by a professional designer. After making the deposit, I was told I was a unique situation and they normally worked directly with an interior designer not the home owner. I NEVER would have placed a $17,000 order if Hammerton had told me that I was responsible for the DESIGN. The manufacturing of the fixture was even worse. I chose Hammerton because of the representations they made about their design and fabrication expertise. I love the “Ten Inch Rule” that was represented as a super high quality control me. I was shocked when I opened the box from Hammerton and saw what looked like a high school metal shop project. My $17K lights don't even pass a one HUNDRED inch rule. See the attached pictures for examples of the numerous quality issues with the lights. I reported these issues to Hammerton and they initially blamed the shipping or me for damaging the lights. They claimed to have pictures before they were shipped showing they were very high quality. There’s no way a bad weld or screw could just appear while they were in a box. After I sent pictures of the numerous quality issues, they offered to "try to fix some of the issues" but said that if I shipped them back I was giving up all recourse if they weren't able to fix them to my satisfaction. In summary, I was very disappointed in the DESIGN, MANUFACTURING and CUSTOMER SERVICE from Hammerton.

I am an Interior Designer and Hammerton is one of my go-to brands for luxury lighting. Their products are simply stunning. They carry a wide range of styles that can be incorporated into any setting. They have absolutely gorgeous finish options (metals, glass, etc). On top of a stellar product, they also have an extremely user-friendly website that makes it easy to show the product to clients. Another huge plus is their fast lead times and quick ship options. Last but certainly not least, our sales representative Rachel Cash is a gem. She stays on top of our quotes, orders, and she always reaches out to let us know when a price increase is on the horizon. She is extremely responsive; out of all the representatives that we do business with, she has one of the fastest response times to our emails and inquiries. She has expert level knowledge of the product, and she makes working with Hammerton a positive experience.

We are a custom home builder and have used Hammerton on several projects. Their quality fixtures add such a unique beauty to each home. We are also amazed with their customer service. If a problem ever arises, they are don't waste any time to make sure issues are taken care of. Looking forward to using Hammerton on many more projects.

We used two Hammerton fixtures in our home (rock crystal and parallel glass hanging) and both are beautiful. They add a modern and unique edge to our powder room and staircase. The glass pieces up close are really like no other and are wonderfully handcrafted. Hammerton Studio packaged and delivered both fixtures in a timely manner, and gave descriptive installation instructions. We will definitely be using Hammerton on our next projects.

The workroom has even gone as far as to mock up some glass samples for us to approve for our custom pieces - which we really appreciate! Hammerton takes pride in their work and it shows.
